This is our 1st visit Sri Lanka, we was browsing the net to search for places for leopard, surprisingly Yala National Park has one of the best review where leopard is one of the most concentrated population wildlife here. One of the main reason that we choose Leopard Trails, is because the friendly manager called us after we send in...

This was the highlight of our holiday, camp is beautiful food great and staff exceptional!, thank you Keith! We managed to see a leopard but if we had not there is an abundance of fantastic wild life in the parks. Tents super luxury and a great out door shower, part of the camping experience. We would highly recommend Leopard trails.

The over-the-top safari tents! Great personable guides! Good food! Attentive service! Animals! We had a wonderful experience, went on two safaris per day, didn't need to deal with any logistics since it was all inclusive, enjoyed our air-conditioned tent with attached outdoor shower, had great meals visiting with the other guests, slept to the sounds of frogs and chirping insects...

My husband and I spent three nights with Leopard Trails and it was just exceptional. The safaris were great. We visit two different blocks 5 and 1. At block 5 we had less jeeps and it was just great. Unfortunately we just saw the movement of a leopard behind the bushes, but we have seen a sloth bear with a...

The staff at Leopard Trails bent over backwards to look after us and we really appreciated it. They made delicious meals, made sure we were well served with drinks, and went out of their way to spot wildlife for us. Unfortunately, unlike other reviewers, we went out on four game drives and did not see a single leopard. They tried...

After spending time at some of the other camps in Sri Lanka which are totally overrun with jeeps it was wonderful to visit Yala from Leopard Trails. As they use they less travelled entrance we had fewer jeeps when we did spot a leopard, which was often. Keith was our guide and on a drive through block 5 we spent...

My husband and I spent a night with Leopard Trails and it was just exceptional. We were there in pretty bad rainstorm and we still had a great experience. The campsite itself is beautiful, the tents are luxury with working toilets and AC units, and the food we had while there was delicious. Most importantly, our guide, Dhanu, was incredibly...

Had a fantastic 2 nights in the jungle. My wife insisted we stay here as some of her friends had stayed here before. The food was pheniminal. The rooms were hardly roughing out. AC tents made a huge difference during the heat of the day. They had a high pressure shower with hot and cold water. The guides we had...

Part of what you pay for is the amazingly talented staff. Our naturalist guide, Avi, was incredibly knowledgeable about animal behavior, in general, and the leopards of the park, specifically. Leopard Trails has a data base and have identified at least 20 different leopards. As it turns out, there were three cubs who they have been following and who typically...

The community meals and camp fire dinners were so beautifully executed and it was so nice to meet such interesting like minded people. aaron was our guide and his enthusiasm was infectious and despite not actually seeing a leopard he made our...
