They say they have wifi and wifi in the rooms but they don't ... We work online so internet is important for us, we asked them if they could reset it or fix it as it was not working and all he said was "try later" was there for 3 days with no internet. The customer service is seriously lacking,...

We have stayed 2 nights in July. There are lots of rooms, like a labyrinth. It is a bit spooky, although clean and well located. There is a small pool. The food is OK, service as well. About 20 minutes walk to surf bay of Weligama.

We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The food served by the dining hall was excellent, I mean as long as you don't have anywhere to be as it is cooked to order. We didn't have anything we didn't like! The steak was awesome, great curries and fried rices.

The hotel was situated in a good location on the beach. The service was bad and the room were average for the money paid. The hotel did not provide with blankets and the breakfast was really disappointing. We asked for boiled eggs and were given rotten ones. The people were jovial but when it comes to hospitality it requires a...

On the beach with a pool and restaurant. It had good service and office staff were helpful. Wish we could have spent more time here. Just a short walk along the beach to town and a quick bus ride into Mirrissa. Learned to surf on the beach outside the resort. Power kept cutting out at night though. Breakfast was not...

Spent 6 Nights here and sadly all the best moments were spent outside the hotel. The welcome I have to admit was really poor. We were welcomed to our room by a lizard. We were then given a different room. With standard rooms that were below standard. The staff seemed like they really wanted to help but they didn’t speak...

Arriving at Jagabay Resort the first impression is not too bad for a USD70 per night resort at the beach. But that's where it ends. The swimming pool is so small that it's more a plunge pool. Besides there is overflow laundry scattered for drying from the adjacent laundry cluttering the pool area. Arrive at the reception which is an...
