Good location, very accessible with several stores and restaurants around the area. They offer two types of accommodation - the regular rooms located in the main building and the budget rooms at the annex. We checked-in in one of the rooms in the main building, basic room features. The side table needs to be fixed. Just a friendly reminder, be...

Rates are rather cheap so and has a good location. Looks like the hotel has seen better days, but it doesn't mean you don't keep trying, especially with bathroom cleanliness. Had to buy a can of lysol to reduce the moldy smell and the allergy attack I suffered. At least the beddings are decent. Did not have any place else...

Our room had no towels and no toilet seat. Dead bugs smashed on the walls. Flies all over the lobby floor. Our room was the size of a closet. Moldy bathrooms. On the plus the side there is wifi and AC.

Good stuffs: 5 of us stayed here for 2 nights and we only paid Php 850/pax (and that's with breakfast already). Room inclusions were vanity kits for 5 pax (toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, small soap, and there were already shampoo containers inside the shower cubicle). We had 3 queen-sized bed inside one room, so all 5 of us stayed in the...

As part of our booked tour package, this hotel accommodated us for 2 nights. I should say that the ambience is just okay. Typical lobby having a dining area on the right part of its entrance. The foods are quiet good and the rooms are also ok (unfortunately, the room assigned to us was not really part of the building...

With the entrance (stayed at #12) through a hardware store , I would assume there is no reason not to have any poor maintenance. The faucet was loose, with a wrench I could have fixed it myself. The shower had no divider or shower curtain to separate it from the toilet seat and sink area. My son got all the...

Visited Ilocos Norte at the time when tropical storm Ineng struck the northern part of Luzon. Because of the strong rain and winds, we decided to spend the night at this hotel since it is located along the national road and it was easy to spot the hotel from the road. We got a room at the 3rd floor for...

I am really pissed off during my one night stay at Ilocos Rosewell Hotel. Me and my team reserved two rooms for a 4-night stay at Rosewell Hotel. However, we immediately checked out after our first night due to bad experience that we had. First, the room rate for a room that is good for 3 (senorita room) is 2,196.00....

We booked two rooms and were supposed to stay here for 1 week but we checked-out the day following our worst first night ever in a hotel. Upon check-in, room is smelly like it was not used for a long time or might be smoke or smell of a wet wood. We really can't describe the foul odor so we...
