So first, the guesthouse is ok for a short stay, the rooms are big and the bed is comfortable...the bathroom is ok, all valuable for the money. But what makes me really angry is the staff of the guesthouse. I have been now 9month of travelling through while Asia and I never experienced something like this. I arrived one day later than I planned because the bus from luang prabang forgot to pick me up, so I wrote an email to agoda to let them know I am coming but one day later as I planned. When I arrived they just didn't care about and charged me the money for two nights! I refused to pay, so it was a little bit of a argument but I paid for one night in the end. When I checked out, the guy at the reception didn't even stand up from the couch to help me somehow and was very rude to me, I think he was still annoyed that I didn't pay for two nights. Glad that I left after one night, the most unfriendly, unhelpful and rudest staff I ever met in a hotel/hostel/guesthouse all around Asia!

The room is clean and big. I stay here for 2 nights and it is consider comfort to me. No much assistant from the owner like my previous stay at Luang Prabang. Location is good as it is walking distance to those travel agency and restaurants. Overall it is consider OK to me.

The building is quite new and all the rooms are good size, very clean, with TV and air-con. The guy at reception doesn't speak very good English, but we managed to communicate. Good location in a quiet alley just behind the main street with restaurants, shops and tour agencies.

Nice hotel in a good location, shame about the staff. Tried to charge us twice for our room once on arrival and then again on the second day! Knew very little English so was unable to settle the disagreement. Got very aggressive and rude and threatened to phone the police. Stay clear if you want a hassle free stay.
