Best Backpacker Hostel in Vang Vieng. Great central location only meters away from Tubing, Sakura, Room 101 and Viva. The rooms are huge and super clean - super value for money. Views are amazing from the balcony/terrace. Great food at the Restaurant - free All day Breakfast included. Staff is very helpful - especially Ty who sorted everything for us....

We stayed for a few nights and had an amazing time. The rooms are by far the best we have seen in any hostel in Southeast Asia - not to mention the fantastic views from the Balcony. They also serve lovely food in the restaurant downstairs. Staff was super nice and always happy to help. Free Wifi and lockers were...

We stayed at Central Backpackers for two nights. The room was clean and spacious. Lockers are provided downstairs (be careful: they are not accessible between 11pm and 7am). Unfortunately we did not have hot water in our room and one morning we did not have running water at all for half an hour or so.

We stumbled upon this place as it was just down the street from where the taxi (free from the minibus station) dropped us off. We were impressed immediately as the it was virtually spotless. We were on the top floor (a few steps if you're hauling luggage vs a backpack) but beautiful view of the front area (each floor has...

Nice clean rooms for 100k. The room was nice and clean with hot water and a lovely balcony so could see the mountains. Lots of stairs but nice and clean all the way through. Really chilled and ideally located in party central.

We booked a private double with fan and private vathroom for 100,000 kip which we felt was reasonable. The room was spacious and relatively clean with the added bonus of a private balcony also. The only reason I feel this is 3* is because there was a lot of room for improvement. The man at reception was a bit strange...

1.2milly was taken from my wallet in my bag. I wasn't sure as to how or when it was taken so I set a trap. I left a small amount of money the next day. I left for them to clean and boom they did it again. The cleaners basically laughed in my face in the police station, could (should)...

Firstly the reception guy is *super* weird and inappropriate towards women.... Anyway.... The cleaners barge into the room around every 15-20 minutes (sometimes with a screaming toddler in tow) and do minor chores while taking and laughing about you. The reason they do this became clear when I left (to see when they could steal stuff) While checking out I...

We got a twin room for 2 people with AC with a small balcony. After an agressive barginning (not done by me) we got a small discount and paid 135,000 kip. The room was big and clean, but there wasn't a nice feeling. He staff were unhelpful and party of the Hotel was under construction so don't stay durin he...

I've been here 2 days and i wish i could stay longer. The hostel is so cheap and the location is close to the tubing point. The bed is a bit hard but it's ok because you have a 3 star public bathroom. They offer free whiskey from 7pm everyday, so you can drink and play pool, listen cool music...
