The prices were exactly what we were looking for. The room and bed were quite small but we chose the least expensive room. Pay more, get more. There's a window that leads to the hallway which, depending on who the others guests are, can make the night or early morning very noisy. Good location just a block from the Main... More

This small hotel lies conveniently in the center of Masaka town. The rooms were clean and stuffed with mosquito nets and sufficiently good beds. As we were there during grashopper season many grashoppers sneaked through the bathroom window which did not have protection nets and they made their way to our bedroom. Breakfast consisted of slice of toast and butter.... More

We booked a room at the Vienna Guest House through a telephone call. The accommodation was dead cheap just as the previous reviewer here has mentioned. When we got in, the check in was much simpler than we had thought it would be. Our clean room had a decent décor and was comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom was clean... More

En route from Kabale to Bukoba in Tanzania we stayed overnight in Vienna Guest House in Masaka. We got dumped on the street with our bags by the Kabale-Kampala bus about 2 km outside town and walked in grumpily. Rang Vienna guest house to book a room and walked down.
