I stayed here in Oct 2016 and it was very good for the price. A little rough around the edges, but excellent location for visiting Zion National Park. Quiet, clean and very large rooms. I would stay here again.

We stayed twice at the Terrace Brook Lodge, once at the start of our tour and 3 weeks later again at the end of it. The first time we stayed the manager gave us a room he said would be quieter. Room 10 was at the back of the motel and consisted of a large kitchen/lounge area, a large bedroom...

We stayed in room 5. It had 2 queen beds and a single. There was a mini fridge, A/C and cable tv. The microwave was down the hall. For our purpose, hiking Zion, this room was great(plenty of room for gear). The man working the check-in was very nice and even let us check-in well after midnight. Oh and I...

Let's face it you're going to spend most of your time hiking or being out and about. If that's you then this option is ok. It's not overly inspiring but it's in a great location with a nice view. Rooms are really basic and breakfast isn't worth the bother but if I wanted more I would have paid for it!...

Whatever you do, don't stay here. It's worse than even the pictures show. It should be shut down and rebuilt. The rooms are old, dirty, poorly maintained with poor service. Quite the worse hotel I have ever stayed in.

Booked in good faith with normal expectations, in advance, for three nights; on arrival walked into a room that was 87 F. Broken air conditioner; manager pretended not to know about it, despite us later having read multiple bad reviews which also mentioned broken air conditioners. No other room available to move us to. Looked for another hotel but everything...

The location of this hotel is excellent and the view from the balcony is great. The rooms have acceptable beds and facilities for the price. Our first room had a very strong overpowering smell we could not identify. We were given another room which was OK. Fittings etc were ordinary and the rooms could definitely use some basic maintenance. Of...

Air-conditioner in room was broken. At first, manager told us to open windows and that it got cooler at night. It didn't! After asking four times, he finally came to room for us to prove his "air conditioner" was blowing hot air. Next night he moved us (no other hotels had vacancy in town, unfortunately). Still weak AC, so his...

I stayed 2 nights in here. The room is out dated like other people said. Drain is very weak in the bathroom and all kinds of holes everywhere. AC wasn't working so the room was kind of warm but I don't like AC blasted room anyways so it was ok, until I saw a few roaches. I guess the room...

I'd probably recommend another place! Could use a remodel or at least some TLC. The room was clean. Not sure why they couldn't use some bleach on the mold on bathtub rim and purchase a pkg of curtain hooks! Frig and microwave in room, no hair dryers but can get from front office. New flat screen TV, free wifi. Stayed...
