We just visited the place for lunch but did not stay there, although were seriously thinking to earlier. Good we did not, as the tents did not look very nice, and definitely not worth the price. There are quite a few food joints in the area.

My husband and I stayed for three nights in a heated tent with a full bed. The bed is pretty cozy for two adults but definitely doable. We were there mid May and the night time lows were in the low 30's so the heater was necessary. We were flying in from out of state so we brought one sleeping...

They are comfortable, clean and have the necessary ammonites for you to feel relax away from home. Whether winter or summer the cabins at Half Dome Village are clean, efficient and at the same time offer you privacy. Specially when having your own shower.

Stayed in heated tented cabins for 3 nights in the middle of May. The cabins are tented, and ours heated (there are unheated ones but you will not survive the bitter cold nights), have a small double bed with blankets and a couple of small towels, a bin, a tiny chair, a couple of shelves with a safe and.... thats...

Spent 2 nights at Half Dome Village in mid May. First night we rented a cabin, which was very clean and tucked way from the main crowds. There are two cabins for each building kind of like a duplex. Behind our cabin there was a waterfall and a stream running thru the camp ground which was beautiful. On the second...

Breathtaking scenery, gorgeous trail walks....highly recommend the mist trail up to nevada falls. Avoid stary night tour unless you have kids as very basic. Accommodation clean but very basic and highly priced. Canteen food ok but restaraunt prices.

The location is amazing. The whole valley is actually pretty amazing. The parking lot is packed and involves long long walks. Which I guess since you are there to joke is ok. The structures are really packed on top of each other so there isn't a lot of privacy.

Half dome village tent cabin review (formerly curry village) We stayed in a four-person heated tent cabin, $150 per night, with one double and two single cots. It is way overpriced (as is all lodging in the valley) you are paying for the location and convenience of staying within the beautiful valley. Aside from the beds there is very little...

The place is in a great location to explore Yosemite. However bear in mind that the cabins are a bit old.. They are warm and reasonably space. The only complaint is that they are extremely pricey for what they are. It seems like they really nickel and dime the customers , given the lodging options inside the park are limited....

We had a great time in Yosemite, although the half dome village wasn't part of it. We were here in beginning of May, not in the weekend, so no 'High Season' to travel. We stayed for two nights. The tent itself was pretty smelly, but ok.. there was a bug in the pillowcases... but still ok, you sleep 'outside'. But...
