Yellowstone is a gem, and this is one of its sparkling facets. We loved staying in our little cabin. It was cozy and perfect for our family of three. For a treat, we would walk over to the main hotel, play cards and look at...More
The Yellowstone Hotel is iconic, historic and well preserved. Rooms in the hotel are nice but can be a bit pricey. The cabins sit along side of the hotel and offer a more economical option, but are dated and basic. The location, 50 steps from...More

Yellowstone is breathtaking! We stayed at Yellowstone Lodge in a king room with a lake view. Bed was comfy with newly refurbished bathroom with plenty of counter and storage space. Traveling in August you should be aware their is no air conditioning. If you can push your trip to September the crowds start to thin. As with all NPS lodging if you are patient you will not have any complaints. Yellowstone is America's beauty at it's best!
