We stayed in the Western Cabins (mid Range) and these were perfectly adequate for what was required. Clean, tidy and warm. Not sufficient space to leave cases open on the floor so need to keep closing back up and standing up. Quieter area of the park to stay but within easy distance of all main areas. You are in Yellowstone...

We had a smooth check-in and found our cabin with no difficulty since it was still daylight when we checked in. We later went to the main lodge and found the road and parking lot very dark and difficult to find our way. Our room was warm, clean and comfortable and served our purpose as we wanted to stay inside...

These cabins are very basic with nothing appealing inside or out. However as long as you go knowing what to expect they are fine, there are coffee making facilities, they are warm, showers work well and have the bonus of being within the park.

We visited Yellowstone National Park in August 2015. Our plan was to stay at Old Faithful Inn for the entire visit but because our first night there was no vacancy, we stayed at Lake Lodge Cabins, I would not call these cabins rustic, but if luxury is what you need, go elsewhere. We were thoroughly please with the accommodations and...

This was the first time we have stayed at the Lake Lodge at the close of the season. We were there the last night they were open in 2016. Fall at Yellowstone was a completely different experience and the lodge was no exception. It was cold and got dark early. The lodge itself is a great place to hang out...

I'll start with the positives, the room was clean, we had a roof over our head, two beds, electricity and cold running water. We stayed in the western cabins at Lake Lodge and the room was part of a 4-plex. We stayed here in the middle of September and the air was pretty chilly. When we were preparing to go...

Staying in the Old Faithful cabins the night before we kinda had an idea what to expect. Nope. MUCH better. Super clean, large bathroom, large sink with hairdryer outside bathroom. Ice available around the corner. Very quiet even though you are attached to another cabin. Outside does not do it justice. No tub but big shower had great pressure and complementary...

Stayed here one night and really liked it. Very quiet, nicely furnished and clean. I expected them to be more rustic. Beds were comfortable. A little hard to find in the dark because it is sooo dark around the cabins. I would recommend it and would stay again.

Was lucky enough to get a reservation here during our trip to Yellowstone. Can't imagine staying anywhere but inside the park. Made getting around the park so much easier. We had a more modern (looked 70's style) cabin with 2 queen beds and a full bathroom. Was a normal hotel room style. We knew that there would be no tv...

I stayed in the Lake Cabins. For the charged price, I could have stayed in the Hilton in Midtown Manhattan in NYC, the most expensive hotel market in North America. Now, I was not expecting luxury as I understand there is a scarcity of room supply inside Yellowstone, but I was expecting basic levels of 21st century accommodation. To say...
