I have only visited in the summer but, without snow, it was only about a 2 1/2 hour, absolutely gorgeous, drive from the Snow Lodge to Jackson. I don't think there is any way to get there other than driving.
it depends on ab=vailability for such a large group. When we satyed here we were just a couple so best contact them for such a large group but if there is availability I strongly suggest this property.

Not that I have found, but if you are driving the Bill Cody Ranch is a great place to start your Yellowstone Trip, it's only 1 1/2 hours from the East Entrance to Yellowstone and the Cabins are Spectacular.
