My husband and I booked a two-night stay at the Symphony Hotel for our second anniversary. We stayed at a B&B for our first anniversary, and wanted to continue the tradition with a different one. I chose on our first anniversary; my husband chose this time. He loves music and was always in the choir in high school. I was...

In town for a couple nights and this was quite the gem. Great location. Walking to the local restaurants in OTR is very easy. Walking to downtown is a bit of a walk but very doable. The hotel was a perfect, beautiful, charming hotel. Loved the atmosphere and the bar area with the wall fireplace was very cozy. Didn't get...

The Symphony Hotel is an absolute gem in the Queen City. It is a truly unique lodging experience. We booked the Mahler room. The room was rather small but was beautifully appointed. Everything was clean and convenient. I will say that if you favor simple decor and design, this may not be the place for you. However, we appreciated all...

My cousin and I were in town to see a concert. I called Friday to arrange an earlier arrival time on Saturday so we had time to get ready and make the concert on time. Our room was ready right on time. We loved everything about our stay. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, breakfast was delicious, and the sevice...

Very good location for visiting Over the Rhine area. Hotel was remodeled and renovated at some point but was not cared for since. Rooms were dark and bedding was old. Ever been to a Hotel where the bedding was questionable. Yup....this is one of those places. Bathroom shower not very clean. staff was trying but overall glad to get home!

The staff was very accommodating and the hotel itself was incredible for an unexpectedly low cost. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip into/through Cincinnati. While the restaurant may seem a little pricey upon view of the menu, the food is phenomenal. Don't expect a wide beer selection. It's not that kind of bar but the...

This is an old mansion converted into a hotel, comfortable and unique rooms. The history of the home and surrounding area was a big part of the experience. It is located in the older part of the city and we walked down half a block and there is a really nice park and the road was old cobblestone. Across the...

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We'd just like to comment on a few of the things you've raised: RE Unique Rooms: The hotel was originally built in 1872. We stayed for a recent long weekend and stayed with friends at the Symphony. The entire staff was wonderful and the place is very quaint with the music motif. Breakfast is amazing. Just note that the two third floor bedrooms share a bathroom and the management will tell you that.

Hi Denise, We greatly appreciate you taking the time to leave a review! Recently we've had our partners at Expedia, Hotels.com, etc update our listings so the Beethoven and Schubert rooms now clearly state they are Shared Bathrooms (European style) in their room titles. I also wanted to mention that Monday-Friday mornings we offer a continental breakfast for guests complete...
