The staff was wonderful from the top down!! They took excellent care of our large groups, which consisted of over 40 rooms. Excellent hotel to host a wedding weekend. Unique rooms to choose from. Reception was help at the Cincinnati Club, this hotel is a 2 minute walk. The best!!

In town for an FC Cincinnati match. Hotel is convenient location for catching the Cincinnati Bell Connector, the free transit system that runs a loop around downtown. We were upgraded to a small suite on the top floor and the room was great! Very comfortable bed, big walk-in shower and a little sofa/sitting area. Only downside was the water pressure in the shower varied quite a bit, at times reduced to a slow drip. But other than that, it is a great property and we will definitely stay again when we come back to Cincy - which is a really fun city!

Great downtown location. Friendly front desk staff (young lady with flower in her hair was very helpful. I arrived before noon, and my room was not ready. The location has a nice restaurant area with coffee/sandwiches for purchase where I could work. The room was ready by 12:30. I had an upgrade- nice corner room, spacious & with a large bathroom, which had light switches with nightlights. The room was airy & had great natural lighting. No desk, but it did have a couch with a low table. Limited breakfast & coffee available in the restaurant area. Checkout was easy & the bill was accurate

Our experience from planning to our stay was amazing. Celebration for a 50th birthday with 25 people was made exceptionally easy!! Top quality hotel, service and staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Can’t wait to return!

I arranged for a stay at the Kinley for small group of top executives from our corporate office. They were very impressed with the look and style of the Kinley. They really felt a warm welcome at the reception desk and had nothing but positive comments about the staff that they encountered. I would feel very confident in placing future visitors to Cincinnati back at the Kinley!

Welcomes were warm at the front desk when we arrived to check in and also every time we returned to the hotel during our stay. Appreciated the individuals opening the front door for us as we entered and exited the hotel. The room decor was pleasant, the shower huge with a nice shower head, and the beds were comfortable. Would stay here again!

What a lovely hotel with excellent service! Comfy bed. Clean room with beautiful decor. Loved the bar and the food was great. The service was also excellent- the bartender was fun and made us great cocktails. The checkin desk Jamal was so friendly and helpful. Valet parking great. Excellent steak place right across the street. Staying there again soon for our daughter’s college graduation.

We had a terrific stay downtown Cincy at the Kinley. We stayed in one of the bunkbed rooms which allowed everyone to have a separate bed. Perfect for our group. Highly recommend! Walking distance to Skyline :)

I can't say enough positive about the delicious food, the attention to detail, the customer service and overall attentiveness. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. We felt like we were the only one being served. It was excellent all around. Celebrating a family birthday can be challenging but with the help of this amazing crew we had an incredible experience. The creativity and atmosphere was perfect. A huge shoutout to Galen, Eli, Kelsey, Julia, Kyle, Sterling (Friday night bartender) and Heaven. The lead housekeeper was amazing too but I didn’t get her name. We highly recommend and will be back again! Thank you for everything.

Our daughter’s wedding was in Cincinnati and we had a wedding block. The hotel staff were very accommodating, helpful and friendly! The front desk people especially Jamal were welcoming and very helpful. We enjoyed staying at the Kinley in Cincinnati!!
