AC checks all the boxes. The location is located right next to the Great American Ballpark, which is great for a baseball fan. It is also within a block of the streetcar stop, which encircles the downtown Cincinnati attractions. Within easy walking to The Banks entertainment area with restaurants, bars, and clubs. Check-in was seamless and were assigned a room on the 7th floor, with a great view of the ballpark from our window. There is a nice rooftop bar on the 8th floor, which overlooks the Ohio River. Our room was large and had a contemporary decor. Beds were large and comfortable. Shower/vanity area had some unique qualities. Square toilet, and the shower had dual shower heads. One handheld and the other mounted in the ceiling. One warning, when switching the water from the two shower heads, you may receive an initial shot of cool water before it warms. Valet parking service was pleasant and swift. Great accommodations and would stay there again when returning to Cincy.…

My friends and I really enjoyed our time at AC rooftop. Our waitress was Sydney and she went above and behind to make sure we were happy and taken care of. The view of the river was so pretty and my friends visiting from out of town really enjoyed it and we will be back. The drinks were also amazing!

Sydney was wonderful!!! The greatest service I’ve had my entire trip in Cincinnati. Sydney was very attentive and kind, made me feel like i was home away from home. I will see her again on my next trip. Drinks were great as well.

I booked an igloo on the Upper Deck to celebrate the holidays with colleagues. The seasonal cocktails were delicious, and the appetizers to die for. The spinach artichoke dip and apple flatbread were hits for everyone. Pearl provided exceptional service to make sure everything was perfect- I can’t thank her enough for making it such an amazing time! A BIG thank you to the Upper Deck staff!

THE HOSPITALITY AT THE AC AMONG THE BEST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED !! My wife and I came in for the weekend for a wedding and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. I could rave on about the perfect location downtown or how clean and spacious the rooms were. I could also write how nice the roof top bar was or the overall ambiance. However what made this stay so memorable was the staff..Every single person we came in contact with was friendly, helpful and genuine. From the greeting we received from Allison to the help we received from Evan at the end of our stay everyone we ran into in between ..valet helping us find our Uber..housekeeping attentive and helpful. It was truly remarkable and unique. I have been a Hilton Honors member for years..but this stay has changed that. Thanks to how the team at AC gave us a complete experience. …

My stay at AC Hotel In Cincinnati,Ohio was great. I had Nakiaya La’Sha as a housekeeper and she was an awesome housekeeper, kept me with clean FRESH linen. provided every service with a smile and great hospitality. Would love to visit the city again and have her services.

The upper deck was great! We loved the igloos and had amazing service from Sydney W. We had the carnivore pizza and it was delish! The views was amazing and the skyline is perfect. Great for dinner and cocktails! love this place!
