This is great mid-size boutique hotel just a 15 minute walk (toward Diamond Head) from the main strip of Waikiki hotels. If you want a relaxing stay but still easy access to all the tourist amenities, this is the place to be. I stayed for a business trip, so it was perfect. I could be ocean side without being surrounded...

Beautiful property and room. I would definitely stay here again! The whole hotel was spotless from lobby to our suite and the staff was super friendly. A big plus is that it''s not in the very heart of Waikiki. Love it!

We recently stayed at the Lotus Honolulu for two nights and truly enjoyed our experience! The location of the hotel is secluded from the overpopulated Waikiki strip but within walking distance of the major attractions and restaurants that Waikiki has to offer. The entire Lotus staff were extremely warm, welcoming and displayed excellent hospitality from check in to check out....

I had high expectations of Lotus Honolulu after reading all the positive reviews here on TripAdvisor but was sadly disappointed. We had the unfortunate incident of having our rental broken into on the way hotel and ALL of our luggage was stolen. After switching out rental and arriving at the hotel we informed the guy at the front desk (forgot...

Still part of the Aqua Group but under some kind of interim management, with restricted services, such as no bar or restaurant (for some months now apparently, seems it used to be franchised out...) All seemed very odd to us and very disappointing that this wasn't obvious when we booked, or that no one informed us afterwards. And they charge...

Aloha ilaj99, Mahalo for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience. I can certainly understand and share your disappointment for it was very unfortunate when the previous restaurant vendors went out of business. We are in high hopes in welcoming a new restaurant operation in the near future. The good news is that they are hoping...

There is such a thing as being away from the crowds but the Lotus takes it too far. While the views are OK (ocean view is across the roofs of 2 parking garages and you cannot see the beach) access to meals etc is horrible. You have to go into downtown Honolulu...Since they do not believe in decaf coffee we...

I come to Honolulu on business and I stay at the lotus because the hotel is so grounding. It is away from Waikiki, but you can still walk to the restaurants. The hotel is right across from the park which is wonderful to run or walk in. For both business and vacation travel I recommend it. The staff here is...

We booked this hotel specifically for it's location, away from all the business and noise of Waikiki, and we got exactly what we hoped for. Quiet and laid back atmosphere.
