This hotel is located in a great area close to the beach, local bus stops, Kalakaua Avenue, farmer's market across street for fresh fruit, salads, kabobs, etc. and food market. We felt very safe at this location. The room we stayed in on the 11th floor was spacious (which was important to us) and had a small balcony viewing a...

Thank you for the kind review and so pleased the location and service delivery met with your expectations. Thank you also for providing the opportunity to clarify the daily fee. In continuing to provide the best rates in the mid-tier market here in Waikiki, it has become essential for us to charge the additional fees; only through economies of scale...

Older style hotel in excellent location. Very helpful staff, great house keeping. Has cook top, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator. Would stay there again, no problem. Good size supermarket across the road and plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby.

This hotel is right in the heart of Waikiki at the end of the street is the statue of Duke. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The hotel is a little older but I think it adds to its charm! The OHANA East staff are super friendly and made us feel so welcome. Would definitely stay again

Aloha Chloe Thank you so much. Yes, as we see the new accommodation providers come online with their brand new product offerings we notice less and less of the Hawaiian culture and sense of Place. Charm indeed. We will be attending to property updates but will retain all we can that represents our home. Safe travels. We hope to see...

Close to everything and nestled in downtown Waikiki and only a block from the beach. Loved my stay here. An older hotel but well maintained. Parking garage available for guests at a daily cost. My room had a kitchenette, which I loved and used frequently. Mary Lou and Denise were my favorite staff members, always friendly and went above and...

I was here years ago. The rooms now have free Wi-Fi, checked out the pool and exercise room they are nice. The staff is very friendly however at 5 pm the room had not been cleaned. Contacted the front desk and someone came up quickly. However they did not remove coffee grains from the pot.

We always stay at the Outriggers and this time we tried Ohana East and it did not disappoint. The rooms were clean and large will all necessary requirements. We were on the 18th floor and we had a lovely large family room which overlooked Waikiki Beach, we also had two room on the 17th floor all with lovely views. The...

We stayed at the outrigger hotel for 9 nights, no problems, rooms were very clean and toiletries etc always topped up. We stayed in a city view room which was perfectly adequate and a good size. Very comfortable beds. Showers always hot. We like the beach and again beach towels always available. We were only about a 10 minute walk...

Spent two nights in the OHANA Waikiki East. Booked a budget room through Pleasant Holidays. Was told that a budget room would be by the elevators. Fortunately, we were not next to the main guest elevators ( which, by the way, are very slow at peak times), but around the corner by the service elevators. While we could hear the...

We ( myself, husband and 25 yr old son ) stayed for the second time in October/November for 16 nights. Was great to get out of the cab and be greeted by the same familiar face of Raymond. Who later brought us a welcome back box of chocolates. Check in was hassle free after the long night flight from Australia....
