We stay here several times per year. We Love it as a centrally located place to stay.- Has Starbucks in the lobby! Staff courteous. Next to Ala Mona shopping center. We walk a lot and enjoy how easy it is to get around. Great happy hour on 36th floor every day at 4:30. Great view, great piano bar.

The rooms are lovely with a great ocean view and balcony. However, as an owner, the Rental Pool Management takes over 50% of the revenue. The personnel in the office are downright uncooperative and nasty to the owners as well as over charging for whatever they can think of. It has priced many owners out of their units and caused...

We understand that owners have a choice in rental management and we thank you for selecting our Rental Program. It was very surprising to read your description of our rental office personnel, as our owner relations team prides themselves in providing excellent customer service and assistance. I stayed in an AirBnb unit so won't write about the room and services related to it since each situation seems to be unique. But here is a tip for future hotel guests: If your room is in the Waikiki tower on the 13th floor or below, use the elevator bank for the Kona side of the hotel instead of...

First of all, thank you for selecting the Ala Moana Hotel Condominium for your recent stay in Honolulu. Being a hotel condominium, management structure is very unique. Although the hotel rental program manages the majority of units in the building, a handful of unit owners prefer to self-manage or contract outside property management companies such as Luxury Suites International, Air...

We like to walk, so this hotel was good for us. Waikiki Beach was about a 15 min. walk, as was downtown Honolulu. There is a large mall next to the hotel, with lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel was clean and reasonable, the concierge helpful and knowledgeable and desk staff friendly and efficient. There are a few shops...

I stayed here for 5 days. This very large roomed hotel is older but kept very well. I recommend it. Excellent customer service, good price point & perfect area for walking, eating, etc. I had partial ocean view & very happy with that. Comfortable bed. A must for me. My one negative is there was no 'DO NOT DISTURB SIGN'...

Nice hotel next to the Ala Moana Mall. The hotel also has independently owned condo rooms, which I stayed in. It's a hotel room with a small fridge, microwave & coffee maker. The staff has been wonderful! Great customer service. The hotel is walking distance from Ala Moana Beach Park and 30 minute walk to Waikiki. You can also take...

The location is great: close to Ala Moana Park, the Shopping Mall, restaurants, banks etc. We were on the 35 floor with a nice mountain view facing Punchbowl. However there was some machine humming all night. It was disturbing. In the morning there is also construction noise. Also the room leaked.

When you book your hotel weeks in advance and you arrive after a 12 hour flight, you expect when you reach your hotel, you will find a nice clean room, made up and ready to go. That was not my experience at this hotel when I arrived at 9:30 pm in the evening.. When I was handed the keys and...

We needed a hotel for a couple of nights due to tenting/fumigation of our home. They offered us Kama'aina rate plus $20 for a vehicle. I called to make a reservation because I kept getting different websites and prices and didn't know if they were legit. The doormen, concierge, reception desk were all professional and welcomed us. The room was...

This hotel is attached via skywalk to the parking deck of the Ala Moana Center. It was also walking distance to Walmart. There were several little gift shops in the lobby.
