During these Covid times, it is hard to RELAX and not worry. The housekeeping workers at Embassy were “essential” in making my stay enjoyable. They were welcoming and professional and made it clear that they were available and willing to make me more comfortable in the new environment. While I could not tell if they were smiling because of their masks, their top of the line service was just like seeing a big smile. Special shout-out to the omelette chef. His humor lightened the mood and made my morning. Good job embassy at adjusting to all of the changes. Would recommend over and over.

We just stayed here for 42nights during CV19 pandemic. The staff in the hotel is just exceptional. MAHALO to Matt an the rest of front desk/management. The food staff, Theresa, Michael and Justin were very welcoming each morning at Breakfast. The hotel is very clean, and there is no doubt the Team there cares that each guest has a great stay. A special thank you to the Chief Bellman(K), very professional and personable. Hint: for you other food needs go to beachwalk Cafe right next door.

We were super-pleased with our staycation at the Embassy Waikiki Beach Walk Hotel. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the interior design. Our safety confidence was raised when we walked in the room. The rooms were supplied well w/towels, toiletries & coffee. The housekeeping staff were attentive & respectful w/regard to social distancing and masks. I believe one of the workers was Yuet Chun. There was one bell-worker that made us feel welcomed & was really helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the servers were really attentive & helpful. The elevators were also clean and fast. The housekeeping supervisor, Carol, answered all of my questions regarding Covid-19 & how it relates to our daily room services such as replenishing towels, coffee & tea, sanitizing rooms, etc. She was very helpful and patient. The suites are spacious and super clean, we felt safe staying in the hotel during covid. Everywhere is clean and welcoming. thank you to Sandra at the front desk made us feel at home and the entire Food & Beverage crew for great breakfast selections and hospitality, yummy. Lastly, we love Yuet Chun! She made us feel at home and like her family Yuet Chun is the best housekeeper in the whole world!!! I spent significant months at the Embassy Suites Waikiki during 2020 and was able to experience the adjustments the hotel industry had to make as the COVID situation evolved. The most important thing to know about this hotel is the amazing staff, in all areas; check-in, valet, complimentary breakfast staff, housekeeping, you name it. My stay took place over the course of the remodeling going on in both towers. Very nicely done. The hotel is very well situated, with the shops and eateries just outside the door, and the beach just a block away. You are well within walking distance to many attractions. Currently the hotel has made a few adaptations due to COVID, with the morning breakfast made by staff instead of you doing it yourself, and selection is limited. Also, you sign up for pool usage in the morning, and there is an hourly limit of guests allowed in one hour increments. The evening reception has not restarted as of my departure. Housekeeping was done two times per week. Again, I cannot praise the entire staff at the Embassy Suites Waikiki for making my very lengthy stay an enjoyable and comfortable one. …
