The hotel was very clean, beds where comfortable, complimentary coffee was good. The hotel was a short walk (2 - 5 minutes) from just about everything. Waikiki beach, shopping, breakfast places, dinner, etc. Very easy to find and easy to enjoy. Beach towels and snorkel gear where always available.

My oldest daughter and I came here for her third birthday and the staff made sure everything we could possibly need was there an any question we possibly had was answered!! I loved how close we were to the beach and local dining! The staff went beyond what I think their job description is and helped SO MUCH For our next trip we will choose this hotel over an Airbnb

super sub par, wished i chose to celebrate my birthday elsewhere. the front desk associate made it feel like we were doing her a favor by staying there, the rooms were superficially nice from a distance(bathroom was gross and the sheets had stains/rips in it), and they gave us the loudest possible room.

I was searching for a decent priced room on Waikiki and Hotel Renew popped up @about $100 a night. The vibe was chill and welcoming:) the room and the bathroom was spacious and clean w/ cool decor. The only possible complaint I can think of is that there’s no pool/hot tub, and the parking can get full. Buuut hotel renew is one block back from Waikiki beach, and walking distance to restaurants shopping. I would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel with convenient location. If you are looking for a quite and peaceful hotel, this is the one. We arrived early and they were nice enough to give us our room almost 4 hours early. They have completely filtered water and coffee as well.
