I really don't know how Room 3901 is allowed to to be booked. It was disgusting... Chairs with foam hanging out, cupboards broken, broken tiles in the shower and the list goes on. No care at all and pics advertised on bookings.com were not even close to this room. 1 of 2 elevators working for a 40 storey building. We...

This room exceeded my expectations and at such a great rate. The view was breathtaking and accommodations were wonderful. I would move in to this room and live here if I could! Will be booking for my future and near reservations.

My wife and I have traveled the world on multiple occasions staying in accommodation from 5 star to little above backpackers but this place takes the cake. We had booked to stay 19 nights but finally had enough by the 8th night. The unit was dirty, stained bedside lamps, torn and stained chair, bathroom basin blocked and a plunger was...

Friendly staff and residents, room 2304 had a nice partial ocean view. Rooms are old but for the cost compared to modern, nicer ones it's a no brainer. A hop skip and jump to Ala Moana, Waikiki Beach, Marina, Lagoon and bus stops at your door step basically! ABC store 2 doors down as well as places to eat. Pic...

As Maui residents people ask us, "Where do you stay when you're in Honolulu?" The answer is Marina Tower. That's odd you might think. It's back from the ocean, sits down a lane, and has no real amenities . There are reasons and here they are. First, we aren't interested in a destination resort. As restaurant critics we're in the...

I stayed at this hotel over two stays in August and found that the staff from front desk to security were so lovely. We had an issue with their website upon booking but they were so good to us that they sorted out a special rate as we brought an error to their attention then gave us a voucher for...
