Excellent location, and excellent room with all usual amenities. Lots of on-site shops, including an ABC store. Could be noisy sometimes, with music from adjacent hotels, but this does not go on too late. Would stay here again.

We stayed up on the 27th floor which had great views all along Waikiki overlooking the beach which was fantastic. The staff were all very friendly and helpful (waitresses at the pool not so great having to wait 20mins to get served on several occasions). Pool and spa good and not really crowded. If you are wanting shade at the...

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. There was construction going on in the hotel that I was not informed of until I arrived. At the time of check in, I was told that I was being upgraded to one of their new rooms, only to find out that the new room (in Ewa Tower) was located...

This is an excellent place to stay when visiting Honolulu. The hotel is beautiful, but even more important, the people working there go out of their way to make you comfortable and happy. They give you chairs and towels for the beach across the street, they teach you how to make leis, and everyone does their job with a big...

After a very crazy Las Vegas Wedding in September, my husband and I arrived here the very next day for our honeymoon. The moment we stepped into the reception to check in - and took in the beautiful view of the beach opposite, we knew we had made the right decision in picking The Hyatt Regency Waikiki Resort & Spa....

The grounds around and in the Hyatt are beautiful. The rooms were adequate and clean. Unfortunately the beach was so crowded that we went and immediately left. Also, the pool was small at the hotel. There also wasn't a lot of shade by the pool. The wifi quality was poor too.

Aloha Laur F, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback from your recent stay. We are sorry that you were disappointed in the available shade at the pool and the crowded beach. First of all, I would like to commend all of the staff that we were in contact with....everyone at the front desk, the cleaning people, as well as people in the Regency Club. They were very friendly, accommodating and took pride in their hotel and their work. The people definitely made our stay bearable. With that said, I will not...

Hawaii was our first stop on our 5 week honeymoon in the states. We arrived the day after our wedding jetlagged but excited. Staying in Hyatt in Honolulu for 7 days in August 2014; overall OK, very busy season, hotel full. No major complaints, but not really " up to Hyatt standards" either.
