This hotel was close to everything from shopping, sightseeing, and restaurants . It was clean and the beds were firm. Parking is expensive so I would recommend the bus or tours. (Traffic is very heavy, also) We were on the 8th floor and if you looked out your balcony you could see the ocean in between buildings.

This is obviously a good Waikiki hotel for the price. It's here on Kalakaua, next to the international marketplace, and I picked it to try a different hotel in the town. It is a hotel with some tenure, no matter how long Holiday Inn chain has run it. If you rent a car to go around Oahu, they have a...

Our family travelled to Waikiki as a small group for our son and now daughter in law's marriage. Wonderful holiday. Holiday Inn excellent service, lovely clean rooms and great location. I would revisit this hotel if we are ever fortunate enough to visit Hawaii again.

This hotel is in a great location close to the heart of the crowded Waikiki area.  The hotel has received a facelift since becoming a Holiday Inn, but it still shows it's age to some degree.  The lobby and other public spaces are tidy enough and don't look overly dated, but the elevators are a bit slow and whether going...

Didn't stay at the hotel but had a coffee at the Aroma Caffe. So smart to have an Instagram wall with little prewritten hashtag signs. The coffee and smoothie were ok but Way overpriced. Nice place to relax off the Waikiki strip but know that you are paying for the ambience. Maybe I will try the Maui Brewing company next...

Very friendly and lovely hotel staff, hotel room is nice with all the vintage Hawaiian art, lovely toiletries, great coffee, great location. The bed I slept it was so great I would want to take it home or at least order that exact bed brand but I couldn't find the brand of the mattress. The hotel has a nice breakfast...

This hotel is in the heart of Waikiki. If you like to shop, there is a very high-end mall two doors down from the hotel. The rooms are small but clean. If you stay on the 12th floor, the room cleaner, Qiao, is the nicest person in the world. She is very friendly and cheerful and always asked us if...

Very nice hotel at a decent rate. Also, right in the middle of Waikiki. Across from the beach! Maui brewing company just opened at the hotel is a plus! The staff was very friendly and had me in my hotel at noon. I would stay here again.

The best part of this hotel is the location. It is on the strip of Kalakaua close to all the stores and restaurants Waikiki: ABC Stores, Cheesecake, California Pizza Kitchen, Apple Store ..... Moreover, it is walking distance from the beach

I used to work for the Holiday Inn Brand Family which is a big reason why we chose to stay at this hotel but was met with much disappointment. I used my IHG Rewards Club points for a free stay - what a waste! My gold elite status was worthless. We requested a king bed when we booked over 2...

Aloha Todd, We appreciated getting your feedback from your recent stay, but very sorry to hear about your experience. Our front desk staff does try their best to accommodate upgrade and bedding requests, but as a fellow hotelier I hope you understand that during peak seasons it can be quite a challenge. My apologies for the street noise—our central location...
