From the time we arrived till we left I felt I was a welcome guest. The staff from the door to the concierge and maid service were al. Very friendly and eager to help. The room was spacious and I loved the turndown service. I am now addicted to the "thin pancakes". I had them everyday of the seven days...

The staff was the best. Everyone was fantastic and we give big props to Julia Jump with Pacific Dream photography. We did a little photo shoot to remember the trip and she was so much fun to work with. She made us feel very comfortable and her knowledge of taking our pictures goes beyond a skill set and goes further...

I recently visited the Kahala Hotel and immediately felt the staff warm Hawaiian hospitality and they all seem so happy ! The valets rushed to my car door (not like other hotels where the valets just stand waiting for you to get out ) , they welcomed me to the Kahala Hotel by name and instantly I knew I arrived...

I went to the Kahala for a lunch meeting. The valet, Darryl, greeted me by my name! He also walked me into the lobby to meet my friend. We went to the Plumeria restaurant for lunch. Again, I was greeted by my name by the restaurant manager, Won. Had a great dining experience there. When I was leaving, the valet...

Had a mommy-daughter breakfast date on Saturday morning at the Plumeria Beach House on the Kahala Resort property. Everything was amazing......the food selection, taste of the food, the service from hostess to waiters & manager and my coffee was excellent. My daughter ordered an Acai bowl from the menu and she loved it! The kitchen staff was constantly replenishing the...

From the moment you arrive you just know this is somewhere special. The welcome from the bell hop team and reception (Noel) was just lovely and seemed so genuine. The room (we had a scenic lanai king room) was beautiful- lots of space and very comfortable. The scenic rooms are looking over the Wailea golf course and the mountains with...

Dolphins in captivity is wrong. No, I mean NO beach service: food or beach boys. They are available, they just don't do anything. The building is an iconic architectural masterpiece from the early 60's. Magnificent lobby. Tall ceilings, bright and airy rooms. Certainly pay extra for ocean front/views room...that's why you came to Hawaii. Quiet and peaceful away from the...

Mahalo for choosing The Kahala Hotel & Resort for your recent visit to Oahu. We are disappointed to hear that the beach service did not meet expectations. Many guests enjoy service from their beach cabanas simply by raising the flag. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed the bright and airy ocean view rooms in our peaceful location. We hope...

Located off the beaten path of Waikiki The Kahala is a hidden gem on the island of Oahu. The rooms are spacious and elegantly clean. Every attention to detail has been considered for an...

Had the Seafood dinner buffet at the Plumeria House on Friday evening. Very happy with the fresh seafood selection and prime rib carving station. Definitely satisfied my craving for seafood! The buffet was well stocked and wait staff was very attentive. Will be back! Mahalo!

This beautiful resort in paradise deserves mention...Luxury, pampering, excellent staff. All areas, beach bar, the many restaurants, spa were outstanding. We were there when they had "dinner by moonlight" and since it was our anniversary, we were seated right on the beach! I recommend this resort for a lovely, romantic stay.
