First the good. Location is excellent. Northern end of Thames street. The room we stayed in was fine. I think we were in the Blue Room. Its an older house and you have to have an open mind with slanted floors and such, but that is the charm. Here is the bad. When we got there, we met with the...

Hello Keith.very sorry our house was not up to your expectations. Your accurate with your accounting of our not offering a breakfast. I beleave you reserved your room through Booking.com. In the off season to offer very competitive rates for our location we dont offer a breakfast. The no breakfast policy for off season is noted on our booking.com discription....

I have stayed at the Burbank Rose many times over the course of the last fifteen years. Brian is the nicest guy and a great host. The rooms are beautifully furnished, comfortable and extremely well kept. The location is fabulous; one half block from the harbor and within walking distance of the beach and fabulous restaurants.

This was our second stay at the Burbank Rose, each time in the yellow room on the top floor, a great room for small families and groups as it has two sleeping rooms, a bathroom and huge kitchen. This house is quaint, quirky and authentic, with narrow stairs, large rooms, period decor and a sitting/breakfast room on the second floor....

The Burbabnkrose was great for a quick stay in Newport. The location is everything and the proprietor, Brian, gave great recommendations. The Blue Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A perfect landing pad after a day of milling about town. We did not have the provided breakfast, of coffee and cookies, but noticed it in the sitting room. Parking was...

Just wanted to say Thank you to Teresa who take care of my room and needs at The Burbank Rose. She was very informative and helpful. Breakfast was nice and fresh on the second floor and my room overlooked the street and intersection as well as The Red Parrot restaurant. I would stay here again. Very charming. Thank you for...

Not very clean and no idea where the "breakfast" was supposed to be. I would have had to ask, maybe on a different floor ?- we were on the first floor - but really just wanted to leave. The bathroom window was propped open with a hydrogen peroxide bottle....looking out the bathroom window was the side of a house and...

Great location. Check in process bril - if you arrive late finding your way into your room is a like a little puzzle. This place has a ton of character. The room we had was so very large, def a place I would come back to with family and would stay longer. Parking could be cheaper but it is prime...

I knew we were going to be a bit late arriving after 5 so called Brian to let him know. He gave me a few simple instructions for getting into the room and everything worked out perfectly as he arrived just after we got our car unloaded. Parking is easy and was only a few minute walk from the front...

The rooms are just right and for the price you get a bargain. (Don't change that Brian :) ) The location is...
