The Inns on Bellevue are located near downtown Newport and offer a variety of rooms. We prefer staying in the House where pets are allowed. Our room was small and somewhat dated but had a small outdoor seating area where we could drink our coffee. The rooms are very reasonably priced and include breakfast.

This "inn" is actually several different buildings; we stayed in 30 Bellevue but the reception desk and dining room is in 10 Bellevue. So the building we were in had no common facilities. Our room had a king-size poster bed with a sitting area. Overall, it was large and comfortable if a bit dated. My sense is that the rooms...

Located on a lovely block across the street from the larger Hotel Viking, the Inn is positioned ideally at a hinge point between the colonial-era downtown and waterfront and the 19th-century estates district. Three of us stayed at the Inn for the weekend, in a suite in an annex building down the block from the main building. The hotel is...

Have stayed in a variety of Newport Hotels. We visit about 3 times a year. Thought we would try this one. It was less expensive and definitely no frills. Room was tiny and poorly lit, but very clean. Staff was friendly. Linens were fresh. However....there was a room rattling vibration, with a mind numbing sound that started at 7am (on...

For the Newport prices, this was the best we could do at this time, and it was pretty good. The room/decor was charming, if small, but unsurprisingly for an Inn. The (non-continental) breakfast was OK, but Newport is teeming with amazing restaurants, so we skipped it on day 2 and went to Megs' aussie Milk Bar instead. Really good. Also,...

The place is adorable and has a homey feel. The staff were very nice. The bed was uncomfortable but the bathrooms were updated and everything was clean. The breakfast was great! They served pancakes, French toast, and quiche every morning! The location was perfect! We could walk to shops and restaurants in 5-10 minutes. It is only a 10 min...

This was adorable. You could tell they tried to think of ways to enhance the experience. The parking was first come/first serve with overflow going into the closed fast food chicken place behind the building. A bit sketchy when parking at night. They had free water and cookies available to guests. Very convenient to walking to restaurants, shops or just...

Thank you for your review, however I do think this was intended for another inn. This is the Inn on Bellevue, located at 30 Bellevue Avenue. We are not near a chicken place.

I stayed here when the hotel across the street, where my conference was being held, was sold out. What luck! A great place to stay. Quaint, cozy? Yes, Comfortable beds, furnishings as you expect a Newport BnB to have, and a very good breakfast. Close to the harbor shops and restaurants. Modern bath, lots of outlets, a good TV and...

Newer furnishings would be nice. The room was a little small, but very clean. The free breakfast was absolutely wonderful!! The staff working at the inn was very courteous and helpful. Paul and Modesto were a pleasure to deal with.
