I was warmly greeted by the owner as if she knew who I was right away. Parking was great directly next door in a small lot. We were shown directly to our room which was cute and very clean with fridge. The location was great as it was 3 blocks from everything that is Newport. Breakfast was perfect continental treat...

This Inn was fantastic. Great location and a beautiful B& B. Owners could not have been more helpful and sweet. Breakfast had tons of fresh fruit and more. We stayed in room 3 which was large and light. Great stay for an even better price.

We stayed in the Henry Collins ho Inn for one night on our way to Maine and this simple B&B totally fit the bill for the stopoff. It's conveniently located to the harbor and the Touro synagogue, which let us see some sights and have a wonderful dinner at the Moorings. The Inn is run by a mother & daughter...

Stayed in Newport for a wedding and this was by far the most reasonably priced option (Saturday night). While nothing fancy, the inn was charming and the staff super friendly, accommodating and helpful. Location is also great - convenient to walk to various amenities and parking is available which is a big plus on a busy weekend in Newport! Breakfast...

This lovely little inn exceeded our expectations. Yes, it may not be the most attractive setting, but that does not diminish it's attributes. It was exceptionally quiet, clean as a whistle, and the lovely breakfast was just wonderful. We were two families, on our way to a very fancy wedding, including the 5-yr. old flower girl...so a good night's sleep...

Stayed here, as it was the most reasonably priced place close to the action in Newport. We made the right choice! Great location and wonderful breakfast. The staff was very friendly too. Would highly recommend this place.

We were only staying 1 nite, and didn't want to spend much since we were just passing through. I can give it 4 stars b/c I did my homework and read reviews on here first, so I knew what to expect. It may seem like a very sketchy part of town (no mansions on this end, but the police station...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owner and her daughter could not have been more friendly or helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and the place was as advertised. We had lovely breakfasts on both days, lots of fresh fruit and tea (for us Brits). The location was excellent, about 5 minutes from the wharves and the same...

This is a friendly, family run B&B with a great breakfast. We stayed for one Friday night. We selected it because of the reasonable price and favorable reviews. It is a few of blocks outside the main area, but within walking distance of the White Horse Tavern, and had off-street parking. We were a bit surprised when we arrived as...
