Lovely clean comfortable hotel in a great location. The hotel was lovely from the minute we checked in, staff were very helpful with a map and letting us know places to go. Room was warm and comfortable, only fault was the heating couldn’t be turned off or down but we slept well

Great location right on the subway line. Staff reacts well with children (and grandparent). Spacious, quiet room. Great swimming pool where the kids had a fun time.. Delicious breakfast buffet. Easy check-in and check-out.

Valet parking required really with no parking options and kind of pricey at $25/day. Staff was friendly except the staff at the Atrium Bistro who don't seem to understand that sometimes women travel and dine alone and need attentive service as well. Broken lamp in room fixed

I was very much looking forward to a comfortable night away but found the room so uncomfortable we were unable to sleep. This was my first stay at a Hyatt and travel quite often for business which is partnered with another hotel brand. We were 'upgraded' to a room on the 15th

Hi!! The train is very quiet as it is for a local rail and not for normal trains that make lots of noise. It is free and runs up and down Buffalo for guests and locals to easily get around the city. It does stop running around Midnight so you will be able to peacefully sleep :)

There is not a free shuttle service. Uber or Lyft is the way to go! On the Hyatt Buffalo website is the following for their shuttle: Shuttle Service To / From Buffalo Niagara International Airport: ITA Shuttle Service - Contact: ITA Shuttle - 716-633-8294 (Phone is answered "Airport Taxi.") Cost: $21.00 one-way or $42.00 round trip. The Niagara Frontier Transit Authority (NFTA) also runs an Airport-Downtown Express Shuttle. This shuttle runs non-stop service between the airport and Buffalo's central business district, making its first stop in front of the Hyatt Regency Buffalo. One-way fare (in most cases) is $2.50. Service runs weekdays, approximately every 30 minutes, during peak drive time.

Hi there! We do not have laundry on site other than dry cleaning. There are three laundromats very close by that have very good ratings if you would like to check them out. They are: 1. Bryant Street Laundry (1.9 miles) 2. Laundry Time (1.2 miles) 3. Niagara Coin Laundry (1.3 miles) Hope this helps! :)

We offer valet parking which is $25 a night. This will allow you to take your car in and out as much as you would like. There is self parking in the lot across the street (which is uncovered) and can vary in price depending on the events in Buffalo and how full they are. You can not take your car in and out of this lot. There is also the covered ramp adjacent to the hotel which costs $7.50 daily or $14 if you stay in it overnight, but you can not take your car in and out. The other option is street parking. There are meters lined along the streets and are max 2 hours. You can download the Buffalo Roam app and monitor your car and continue paying for your meter on this. It is $1.10 for an hour or $2.10 for two hours. Meters become free between 5pm-8am Monday-Friday and are free on the weekends. Hope this helps everyone! :)
