First, don't let the map location deceive you. What looks like a downtown location is in an area that turns into deserted ghost town as soon as normal business hours end. What you're left with downtown are crackheads and homeless people after dark. Then you enter the beautiful lobby of the old hotel and realize that what is obviously a...

Stayed a couple of nights with 5 others in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. We were in town for a wedding which was also held here. Loved having a full sized kitchen complete with stove, microwave, full refrigerator, dish washer. Had to call the front desk for forks, spoons & knives but that came up in no time. Beds...

House rules: no jumping on the beds, no marking the walls with graffiti and no overflowing the bathtub. It's a great place to stay with a group. The full bar is large and inviting and includes really good free popcorn, there's a free continental breakfast in the morning, a great game room and plenty of large meeting rooms. We stayed...

We stayed here for one night, in town to see a concert at the Keybank Centre (fyi: no Uber in Buffalo! But the cab ride to the venue was only $8 and we were feeling good after a few beers at the show, so we didn't mind the short walk back after the concert!). The front desk staff was friendly...

We were hear for an event. While the room we were in was beautiful, the food was absolutely disgusting! First I order a glass of wine from the bar (which was in a different room than the dinner) and it came in a dirty glass. The buffet style food was served with rolls that were hard, a soupy mac and...

Probably expected too much. The place is very nice but I thought the room floor plan was not thought out right. Way too much space in the bathroom and not enough in the living area. Who needs a raised bathtub that takes up over half of the bathroom? Parking is another story, but I expect that is typical for the...

Stayed here for a wedding. Enjoyable, comfortable stay. Nice to be in a unique and historic hotel. Each room a little different and well done. The staff was outstanding, everyone was friendly and helpful. Pleasantly surprised to find out their was a complimentary breakfast. A great way to enjoy downtown Buffalo.

We drove across the Canada / US border on our way to Buffalo and were asked by the Customs attendant where we were staying. Upon answering he said 'great choice - that place is no cookie cutter hotel'. We couldn't agree with him more - our suite was fantastic and everything about our stay was great. Huge shout out to...

Stayed here in mid-March. Weather was , well, very Buffalo but this hotel was great. Huge room with 1 bedroom, living room giant full kitchen with an eat out island and a separate little breakfast table. For a large group this place was perfectly located too. EZ walk to arena and EZ walk to bar/restaurant area. It's not posh, it...
