Easy to get to off freeway. The staff was fast and efficient. Rooms are huge and nice living room, with small bedroom and separate bath. They offer happy hour in lobby every evening, and breakfast in the am was fabulous!! Close to bars and food.

When I walked into the room for the first time, I was impressed. The room is very nice, comfortable and most importantly clean. The entire staff, including housekeeping and kitchen servers are friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a little worn around the edges. It was fully booked the night I stayed there, and the breakfast room was chaos to say the least. The vinyl/leatherette chairs in the dining area were extremely worn out - not what you would expect from a Hilton property. They looked like they belonged in a freshman dorm! There is...

patriciarD8141NA Thank you for the kind words about our staff. In terms of your breakfast experience I completely agree it can be very difficult and crowded at times. On a good note we are changing out all the dinning room furniture in the very near future. Thank you for your comments Yours in service, Bill

Stayed for 4 nights and used this hotel as a base to explore the Flagstaff area, Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Overall I have to say I was a little disappointed in this hotel which was not up to the standards of other Embassy Suites I've stayed at. The staff were all friendly and helpful but I had issues with........

DBinCA Please let me voice my sincere apologies on behalf of my staff. Our housekeeping service obviously dropped the ball on your room. Service should happen every day and I will follow up with my housekeeping department to determine why that did not happen in this case. In terms of the breakfast area we are currently replacing all the worn...

The room was spacious and clean. We were camping the night before, so this felt down right luxurious. We had a room that faced the street but we didn't notice any noise. The breakfast was, interestingly enough, the best meal we had on the trip. It was really busy, the staff couldn't keep up and hot food was empty. The...

I have every confidence in the new management staff that this property will be returned to the standard that Embassy Suites strives to achieve and attain. It is located on one of the main traffic streets so try to get a room in the back to lessen the noise. Many restaurants within walking distance, college town environment. We had several...

The hotel itself is a wonderful stay for couples, groups and business alike. What is not appreciated is 3 separate calls at 6AM. When I tried to call the front desk, There was no dial tone. When I spoke with the front desk, the man said a cell phone was ringing for 2 hours. So he just called around and...

carolhY8237TT This is unbelievable and not acceptable. Its very disturbing to me that something like this would happen. I will get with all of my morning staff and be sure we never have this happen again. Please forgive us. Yours in hospitality, Bill

We stayed on the 3rd floor in the rear of the property. The room was clean and nice, with high ceilings. The layout was different from other Embassy Suites, but it was more than adequate. Plenty of room, very comfortable beds. The decor was okay, perhaps a little dated. The evening reception was pleasant. The breakfast was awesome. Plenty of...

Hilton Honors Member We had multiple issues with this stay. The bottom sheet of the bed had multiple stains and hair. The bedroom TV did not work properly. The bathroom toilet continued to run after flushing...kept having to jiggle the handle. The bathroom floor tile grouting was missing in areas. We only stayed one night.
