This place will charge you an extra $8.00 fee even if you already paid in full online ahead of time. Claim that it is some municipal fee they must charge. I found no reference to this online. Staff not very helpful.

Too expensive for what is given. No coffee. The matresses weren't the best. The wifi keeps disconnecting. Got a non smoking room and the bed sheets smelled like cigar smoke. Rooms are bare, bed, tv, fridge and microwave. This is a last resort motel.

Dear Ronak P, We would like to apologize that you were disappointed with your stay. Our WiFi connection is usually very reliable, we regret that wasn't the case when you were here. Also, our non smoking rooms are always just that, so my sincere apologies that your sheets smelled of smoke. Thank you for bringing these issues to light, so...

We stayed for one night, yesterday. It was a last minute thing! We chose mountain view based purely on price as we already had accommodation and decided to split up a long drive. For a 2 star more we were happy. It's was clean and comfortable. It also had decent wifi It was quite noisy through the night, and the...

Rude front desk, small rooms, dirty shower, hair all over , rude front desk all they care about is getting your money and then kicking u to the curb. Why these people r allowed to operate a hotel is beyond me. Look for anything else. Once u stay u will know never to return. This use to b luxury inn...

Spent 3 nights and 4 days in room 132, each night my girlfriend got a bug bite of some sort. Numbness and tingles where the bites were. Scorpions? YEP! I took her to urgent care once we returned back to Mesa and turns out each (5) bites total were scorpion stings. I told the office as we left that she...

We paid for our room online then when we arrived, found there was an additional tax. There was no breakfast, coffee pot in the room, pool, or outdoor seating. We were directed to a nearby park and there were broken beer bottles everywhere, people smoking marijuana, and overall not a kid friendly atmosphere. The room was clean but the bedspread...

Clean but bare, polite staff. Wifi didn't work at time of visit. But they said they were fixing it. Lots of parking. Close to a Walmart and Cracker Barrel. A little difficult to find, but relatively close to the highway. Good for a single night stay, wouldn't want to stay long term. No amenities.

Just paid $120 for a basic room, broken microwave, stained towels, noisy location. Wasn't dirty, but certainly wasn't "nice." Called the front desk to alert them that the microwave was broken, they acted surprised, but didn't make any efforts to do anything about it. Feel like I might have had a better night's sleep on an air mattress in my...

This motel on the road 66 is quite convenient because of its situation, but also because of its price. A room with 2 queen size bed for $36, arriving at 21:00, the offer is tempting ! The receptionist guy is nice. It s just next to the road, so think about earplug if you are annoyed by noise, the furniture...

My boyfriend and I stay in Flagstaff when we went to the Grand Canyon. We stay at the Luxury Inn because it was cheap, and we got what we pay for. The room was small but clean, It was not that noisy, and the room was nice looking.
