Hotel room was ok, nothing spectacular, but seeing as how we just needed a place to sleep for the night it was good. No coffee in room (bigger deal for me than my husband). Overall, it was OK for the price. They could get a quieter exhaust fan in the bathroom, it was really loud.

Very nice motel for a one night pass through Flagstaff . Nice beds, great Wifi , clean, with microwave and refrigerator. Proprietor was very nice and friendly. Heater worked well, and coffee was in abundance in the am! The only thing that I thought this motel lacked was more power outlets. When we travel, we have computers, IPads, and phones....

We stayed here after it was recommended to us and after reading the reviews. Our room was clean, coffee was available from reception but the room did have a fridge and microwave. The owners were friendly and helpful. A 5 minute walk sees you in downtown so a good base.

Surprise of the trip. Clean rooms, clean bath, clean towels. Affordable and convenient. The coffee roaster, Matador Coffee, in the adjacent parking lot was great. Just minutes from downtown Flagstaff and Whole Foods.

Great place to break up road trip to LA from NM. Friendly & organized reception, very comfortable bed, location is far enough from BNSF rail line to get some rest - key consideration in Flagstaff - and the coffee is on early down in the lobby. Try Mike & Rhonda's for breakfast the next day - two minutes' walk

This is a MOTEL not a hotel. It's very basic, it's in an odd location for getting in and out of the parking lot. The rooms are tiny, 2 queen beds and the bathrooms are very small. The motel was clean but was old and outdated. Nothing impressive but at least you can get some sleep.

This was one of the cleanest hotels we've ever stayed in. Owners are very pleasant. Good location to be able to walk to supper and breakfast. It's on a main street but there isn't any noticeable traffic noise. The AC/Heater works great as white noise. It's just a great find.

Went to flagstaff for the day wanted to find a hotel that was 1. Cheap and 2. Convenient. This place fit both bills. Very clean and quite. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. They let us check in 30 mins early!! The walk to down town is not bad at all 10 mins top. Just ask for...

Good place to stay for great price, very clean room, good shower. TV, fridge, microwave, table and chairs. Nice location in town, close to restaurants and Snowbowl for skiing. Convenient parking space in front of room.

The price is excellent, $55 per room which I booked through Chase using credit card points so it was free. Compared to the Motel 6 in Flagstaff, which is about the same price, the Highland Country Inn is superior in the following ways: + Much better location (corner of Butler and Rt. 66 which is probably overall the most convenient...
