Upon arriving at the motel which was pre booked using Booking.com, the owners were not around to give us the keys to the rooms. They had stuck the keys on the window of the office with quite a cheery note wishing us goodnight. One of the room keys didn't work so we went to the office to fix this. Turns...

Thank you for your response. We would like to apologize for the way that the managers treated you. She should not have been speaking to you that way. In addition, there is no circumstance to which rudeness is appropriate, nor threatening to phone the police. Again, we would like to apologize for the way that they acted. Currently, they have...

Me and my family had booked to stay at the Canyon Inn this summer during one of our yearly road trips in America. Flagstaff was our first stop off point between Las Vegas and Dallas and after a long drive we were just amazed by how beautiful the town was on arrival. That is were our luck ran out. As...

The staff were friendly, rooms were renovated, shower had good pressure and hot water (even though the showerhead was a bit low). They have free wi-fi and a continental breakfast. It's located across from the University campus and is situated near a shopping center and some decent restaurants.

The Canyon Inn - Flagstaff is cheap and good motel with the the minimum and required facilities while visiting the Grand Canyon area. The Motel located about one hour driving from the Grand Canyon. The room was clean , Shower could be better , breakfast was fair , WiFi worked. On the overall the room was ok with a fair...

Very clean and quite spacious motel room with free WiFi (that actually worked) and cable. Located directly across from the university and about one mile off the highway. Located just 5 minute walk from downtown. The only con is it is next to a busy road, but the rooms are quite quiet. Very good value for the price.

We drove from Dallas to flagstaff booking a stay here for the night through Expedia. Once we got there around 930ish we walked in and eventually rang the bell on front desk cause nobody was there. After about 5 mins a woman comes out in what I grew up calling a moomoo and says I guess you think you have...

I'm currently on a road trip in America and came to Flagstaff after spending a day at Grand Canyon. From the outside this place looks ok, quite close to a few bars and diners so we decided to pop in and see how much it would be for the evening. When we walked in the lady opened the door behind...

We had a great stay here on an overnight in Flagstaff. Room was big and clean with more than the usual motel amenities. The couple at reception were very friendly, and more than happy to explain the best way to walk to downtown, where the nearest restaurants/supermarkets were etc etc. Breakfast in the morning was fab, with way more choice...

Good location for exploring flagstaff. Rooms are recently decorated and to a very good standard. The sign telling you how much you'll have to pay if anything is damaged/stolen is a little unnecessary in its tone, not that I would dream of taking anything, but it didn't exactly say "welcome and enjoy your stay!" The staff were quite intimidating, not...

When we arrived at the Canyon Inn, we had a laugh at what we had booked. It was much dodgier looking than we had anticipated, but we thought we could handle it for one night. We entered the lobby, and were greeted by a cloud of cigarette smoke that was overwhelming. We rang the bell for service and heard a...
