We split our Vegas trip up by journeying to Grand Canyon and chose Flagstaff as our base. This hotel has good size rooms, comfortable beds, small fridge, microwave and good wifi connection. Located close to Interstates 40 and 17. Walking distance to a number of restaurants, Walmart, Kohl's and the University of Northern Arizona.

Stayed one night here with my sister for a visit to my student son. The area is real close to NAU, which we didn't need as he lives off campus. For me the area is too busy. The breakfast is fantastic , real good . But, get there before 9 am. we came at about 8am and by 9am it... More

We were traveling accross the country with our small dog so that we had to stay in pet friendly motels. We were very pleased with our stay at this motel. Our room was clean and comfortable with a king size bed-best night sleep that we had in a week. I would stay here again.

We stayed here two nights on a trip to see the sites. The room and breakfast were good. The desk seems to be staffed by part time students, so be ready for friendly but unprofessional service. They often were chatting with each other and not attending to guests entering the lobby. The lot and entry are tight and gross. Someone... More

We arrived late on Monday Sept 15th. Hotel was up a long road which it shared with a Spring Hill Suites. There was no signage for this Comfort Inn and its lobby. On entry the concrete lined walkway was stained and dirty as was the common area carpeting. Carpeting in the room room was stained and dirty too. You definitely... More

Loved my room!! The bed had the softest sheets and pillows-I passed out cold. They also accepted my dogs which was a huge plus. Breakfast was standard but if you like the hot breakfast options it would be perfect for you. I'm just a waffle and yogurt girl. The location was right beside a wal mart which was great as... More

The gentleman last week paid under $100.00 for a second floor room, tonight we paid $159.00 for a 2nd floor room, go figure. There are no ADA compliant parking spaces, lobby bathroom and hotel rooms are not completely accessible. Entry way has a large unsecured carpeted entyrway mat that slid as I stepped on it. If you need accomodations, or... More

Wanted to get this in before I hit the open road. The stay here was wonderful. Especially after driving all the way from Amarillo. Jackie at the desk handled my arrival while she & another young lady juggled incoming phone calls & other people walking in. Very polite & very good at what they do. The room itself was fantastic.... Ive been staying here for more than a year and a half and never had a problem with customer service. My loyalty has been broken with recent changes to the front desk. Nobody seems to have my needs in place for business. I am always traveling on business and really don't have the time to see where I'm going to... More

We were staying on the ground floor. The room was very good with a comfortable bed. It was very clean and tidy. The Hotel has a very useful laundry for the guests. Breakfast was good, buffet style. Had a reasonable choice of restaurants near by.
