I would have rated my experience a 1, if it weren't for the professionalism of the front desk. I originally got a room where the TV wasn't working (even after I switched to HDMI 2). I was told a staff member would come and check to see why the receiver wasn't working. When I turned on the desk lamp, there...

....bud badly needs an upgrade. Threadbare carpet, tired paint, drapes so old you can see light through the many holes. This building has seen better times. Convinced to stay here because they advertised an on-site fitness center. Couldn't find it, the desk clerk pointed vaguely to the laundry and said the fitness center was under renovation

Won't mince words here, this place is a huge rip-off. Two couples booked a two bedroom suite and it was disappointing. The Presidential Suite, no less. Bathrooms lacked hooks, toilet paper holders, had cracked and peeling paint and broken blinds. The kitchen had ZERO silverware, appliances, not even a kitchen or paper towel. There were 3 flat screen Tvs that...

This hotel is very close to downtown Flagstaff it's right on historic Rt 66 if that history means something to you. Be aware that RT 66 is very busy and noisy. Our room was in the building up the hill which could be icy in winter. I still recommend getting your room in this building if possible because it's well...

This is a Budget Hotel, all was fine in my book... my room was clean, Bathroom was recently remodeled with a Rainfall Shower, and the breakfast was included, buffet style, and just fine. This was the most reasonable $$ clean Budget Hotel I could find close to Downtown. Downtown Flagstaff was Unique, Cozy, great Restaurants, Microbrew Pubs, and eclectic shops...

I didnt realize how close to the train line this was, nor how often the trains rumbled past....all night! The room was OK, the bedlinen a bit old and tired. This was OK for a night on the road, but no more.

We enjoyed our stay, second time now. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had to move rooms because the fridge didn't work but the new room was great. We stayed in on of the presidential suites. Book a second floor suite so that you have a better view and less noise. These have a living room and kitchen...

This is a nice, clean and friendly place. I highly recommend it! The bed was comfy, tons of channels on the TV, everything worked well, and one of the few places that have a fan in the bathroom. There is a cute pool and convenient access to downtown.

We have been coming here for the last 20 years. This place is the pits.Everything in the room was unplugged. The TV didn't work. Took them an hour to get someone up to the room then Salvador had his arm bandaged up to try to reset TV. Water in the refrigerator. The biggest room was the bathroom, with hangers for...

I got a great rate which made this hotel well worth it. Clean with nice decor, walkable location, full breakfast and the bed was very comfortable. On the down side it is an older property at some point will need to bite the bullet and do a real modernization.
