I have now stayed at the Arizona Mountain Inn and Cabins twice, once in the inn and once in a cabin. Both were great! The property gives the feeling of being secluded in the woods despite being quite close to downtown Flagstaff. The staff was friendly and helpful. Most recently I stayed in suite 24, which was a nice blend...

This review is based on customer service. At around 2 AM the battery in the smoke detector started going off in the bedroom of our cabin. About once every two minutes. Took the battery out and the alarm gave a steady chirp so that was not an option. Sleepless night, these things happen I understand. I communicated to the front...

Hi John - I'm so sorry for your experience. When guests check-in after paperwork is completed part of our procedure is to show the guest a property map which illustrates cabin locations. Part of our standard 'script' is to state our office hours as well as point out the after hours number. These items are highlighted as they are referenced....

We stayed here while traveling through Arizona and loved this place. Our cabin was dog friendly, which we loved since our dog travels everywhere with us. We stayed in cabin 8, and had an awesome view from our front deck of the Mountains and the forest around us. We had great wi Fi reception in our room which was nice...

NIce cabins. Close to Flagstaff if one needs to do restaurants or nightlife. Great place to escape the Phoenix valley from. Easy hiking nearby and close enough to the volcano NP and cinders area for more outdoor fun. Reasonable prices.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in cabin #8. This is a peaceful, gorgeous property that feels like you are in a remote mountain area, but still very close to Flagstaff. The cabin was very comfortable and clean. The kitchenette was small but good for cooking basic meals. My one complaint was the terrible wifi (very slow and...

I love the views from Cabin 8! So glad you enjoyed it. Please let us know about the WiFi next time. We have access points all around the property which should provide a decent signal in all the cabins. Sometimes the router just needs to be rebooted in order for it to get going again. Our WiFi expert tells us...

We stayed here 3 nights as we toured the Grand Canyon and surrounding areas. Vanessa was great when we checked in. She alerted us to the favorite local spots and the historic district. We stay in cabin #8 which was comfortable and cozy, and definitely used the wood stove on the chilly nights. We mistakenly left a couple of souvenirs...

We really enjoyed our short, but relaxing weekend at the Arizona Mountain Inn. We stayed in a B & B room, but the cabins look very nice as well. The staff are very accommodating and greeted us by name as we came in and out.

The inn and cabins are in a nice piney area. Our cabin, #5, was called the "honeymoon" cabin. It was very nice, but the only thing particularly romantic about it is the hot tub in the bathroom. If you are looking for somewhere away from it all, this place is probably not it. You can hear the traffic from I-17...

Mary B, Owner at Arizona Mountain Inn & Cabins, responded to this review

Thanks, Merrie! Another reason we refer to Cabin 5 as our Honeymoon Cabin is because it's the only 2-person cabin we have that not only has a whirlpool-style tub, but also has a king-size bed. We do offer complimentary bottles of champagne or sparkling apple cider if you do happened to be celebrating an anniversary or are here for your...

We were looking for a place to get away from it all and beat the heat in Phoenix, AZ, in the dog days of summer (late July). I found this place online and reserved the last room available, a suite in the main hotel building (they also have numerous cabins of various sizes). Even though it's actually within the Flagstaff...
