Our stay at Hastings House B & B was everything we wanted it to be! Jane, as a former librarian & avid local historian, was a font of knowledge for us. We came to Murfreesboro for a wedding & since this was our first visit to the South, we wanted to take in as much of the local culture &...

My wife & I really enjoyed our stay! Our host, Jane, was so hospitable & made us feel at home. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the surrounding area, and all the recommendations & tips she gave us were perfect all weekend. Breakfast was outstanding, and I greatly appreciate her accommodating my wife’s special dietary needs. We’ll definitely be back because...

The hosts were friendly and very helpful with local historic sites as well as lovely restaurants. They had a glass of wine waiting for us on our arrival, to enjoy on the front porch of their lovely home. Very quiet, secluded room, lovely night of rest.

I recently spent 4 nights at the Hastings House while on a business trip. The owners are extremely friendly and warm. Jane went out of her way to create a special low carb breakfast for me every morning. In addition, since I drink decaf tea, she went to a specialty food shop in town and picked up 4 gourmet blends...

This is our family's second time staying at the Hastings House. Both times were amazing, super clean and a beautiful house, comfortable bed,big front porch and alot of privacy. The food was excellent and Jane knows the area well with loads of local information. The location is right in the middle of historic downtown, walking distance to everything. No disappointments here...

“Although the upstairs bedroom did not have an in-suite bathroom (bathroom was across the hall), we still had a feeling of privacy. It was a beautiful room, so don't hesitate to pick this for your stay.”

“Recommend the first floor room for mobility impaired guests. The house is not modified for wheel chair use, but there are only a few steps up from the street level to the first floor and all services are on the first floor with no additional stair climbing required.”
