I spent two nights at Naomi's Inn during November of 2016. They were very helpful thoughtful. Marissa greeted me with her sweet daughter the evening I checked in. I wish I could have taken advantage of all the amenities, but time and weather did not allow it. I began my trip in Gamma Green. Beautiful room with a comfortable bed....

Naomi’s is High on convenience for the Hospital & Big E grounds (10 Min away),has comfortable rooms for groups/families, But it is low on amenities- like enough coffee mugs for guests. Though the manager was very nice, and full of excuses & good intentions; The bottom line is that this is a hospitality business and Naomi’s falls far short. I...

I booked to stay here with my girlfriend last minute due to a family emergency and the proximity to Baystate. Quick disclaimer, I'm still not done with my visit. The atmosphere of the place, the way everyone makes you feel like family when you arrive and throughout your stay with them, everything is wonderful. We are staying in the Gamma...

Restored Victorian(?) style home. Great breakfast bar. Wonderful welcoming inn keepers. Large front porch and back deck for warm weather relaxation. Great comfortable bed. We stayed in a suite with a king bed and a double/twin bunk bed. Room had private balcony. Very comfortable. Highly recommended

Our family stayed here six years ago in four of the rooms and enjoyed it so much my mom and I chose to stay again. We were not disappointed. Marci has made many positive changes! Her and her team, Quinn, Sean, and Ron are very accommodating and flexible. Breakfast was wonderful each day! We will be back. There is nothing...

Jill, sometimes when we get lukewarm feedback it really is disturbing too us because a lot of time we feel like we could've helped people with a little communication. But... when our place is perfect for people like you it lets us know we are moving in a positive direction and will continue to improve based on suggestions from strong...

So I was little concerned after reading a few bad comments and beyond glad I choose this place anyways!!! Now I see anyone that would say anything bad about this place is just not normal and very stupid!!! I arrived here and got everything I expected from a cozy bed and breakfast in a old Victorian home in my home...

You were a pleasure to be around despite the rainy day undertones. Noone can fully dampen your sunshine and you were a pleasure to host from door open to door close on your departure. We hope next time the circumstances will be better and I'm sure that Grama was happy feeling you nearby in her time of passing. Thank you...

We stayed here for one night on our road trip, and it was a little unusual. We entered by the back door straight into the dining room where we were lucky that someone was around to let us in. The first impression is of general untidiness, as the area is a cluttered table area with the serving hatch to the...

My wife and I stayed here for a night on our return home from Maine. It was a decent stay and the breakfast was fine, nothing memorable however. We stayed in the "global fusion" room. It is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The decor is quite outdated however. The "breakfast bar" sitting area was cluttered when we arrived (it...

We are sorry to hear your stay could've been better. As far as breakfast goes it is fully in your control. The cook makes anything you ask him to within reason. If you can get it at an IHOP you can usually get it here plus more. We really attempt to be transparent with the room decor. We do have...

Naomi's was a pleasant surprise. It was quiet, nicely decorated, well run and the Sunday morning pumpkin bread pudding was out of this world. I stayed in the Louis the XIV room....spacious and really lovely. Appreciated the movie channels. Nice bath & body products in the bath as well. My friend stayed in the Asian Flair room though much smaller...

We loved meeting and hosting you. Your dog was sweet and adorable and is welcome back any time! Meeting people like you makes me feel a lot more comfortable about pets and humans alike. Thanks for staying and we hope to see you again!

My mom and I stayed at Naomi's while my dad was at Bay State Hospital. Having a place right across the street that was friendly, charming, understanding, and that could also accommodate my mom's dietary issues was enormously helpful during what an incredibly stressful and difficult time. Rooms were quiet and comfortable.
