This place is adorable - cute one-room cottage on a farm a couple miles outside of Luray and 10ish miles from the entrance to Shenandoah National Park. Price beat anything in town for the value. You get a king comfy bed, full kitchen, bath, sitting area, and our favorite - a breakfast bar overlooking the horse pasture and Massanutten Mountain...

The cottage is very private and comfortable. Everything needed was provided and in great condition. The hot tub was great and the mountain views incredible. We also enjoyed breakfast being left for us to warm up at our convenience so we didn't have to be on anyone else's schedule and also enjoyed the privacy of eating in our cottage. Looking...

The cottage is perfect for those who want to get away from it all and unwind. It's secluded setting makes you feel relaxed. The view from the back windows is idyllic if you like horses. We enjoyed making our own meals. Everything you need is there.

Easy access to Shenandoah National Park and all that Luray has to offer. We loved having a little kitchen. We appreciated being able to have breakfast at our leisure in our own room. We felt welcome to...

Yup, you guessed it, if we’ve been there 3 times now it must be because we like it. We’ve said it all before so check out our previous reviews for...

We had a fantastic stay at Raven's Roost Farm. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The cottage itself is lovely and comfortable. Breakfasts were lovely, and the breakfast nook overlooks the horse pasture, with distant mountain views. We also found everything we needed in the kitchenette, and ate our dinners outside with beautiful scenery all around. Every comfort was...

What's not to love about The Cottage? The king size bed is incredibly comfortable, the hot tub is a great way to relax after a day hiking in the park, there are great views of the farm and the mountains from the room, and Betsy's food is AMAZING and ample-- we almost always had leftovers from breakfast! Betsy and Ed...

My husband and I spent a delightful weekend at the Cottage at Ravens Roost Farm recently. The cottage was cozy and charming, a perfect place to get away for a couple of nights. There is a hot tub there. We never used it. I don't know if they would say yes to the cats or not. They are very nice folks and you would enjoy your stay there. All I can say is for you to call and ask. I imagine they will be ok with it since they have several cats on the farm and horses. I don't know if they would rent for an entire month or not. Call and ask Betsy. Just so you understand....we were guests there multiple times. I could also recommend another very nice place down near Luray if need be.

“There were not much restaurants, but we like the view and sitting, eating at the mimslyn inn. It is not expensive and the food is oke. Also the mexican restaurant is oke. Sitting inside is not cozy, we sat outside but there were a lot of flys. (tip for restaurants). The bed and breakfast has one cottage and you have a lot of privacy.”
