The Inn of the Shenandoah is an elegantly remodeled Victorian home located in the heart of Luray. In typical European flair, antique glass windows elegantly adorn two mirroring dining and sitting rooms outfitted with beautiful crystal chandeliers. The Inn features three suites outfitted with jacuzzi tubs for two, with outdoor balconies, crystal chandeliers and king or queen beds. The Inn has a large back yard with gardens and is regularly used for special events and weddings. Guests may also choose to stay in the Cottage, directly behind the Inn, which houses two oversized suites with kitchenettes, Jacuzzi bathtubs, and private decks.

This was a much needed get away to the beautiful Shenandoah mountains and The Inn of the Shenandoah made it extra special. We slept very well in our well-appointed room, ate deliciously prepared breakfasts, and got first-rate concierge service. Matthew and Janina know how to treat their guests! Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We look forward to returning and highly recommend this lovely place.

Matthew, Janina, and their adorable golden doodle Larry could not have done more to turn our vacation to Luray into an exceptional memorable, enjoyable, hospitable experience! The historic inn is tastefully decorated and very well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and served elegantly on China. M and J were very knowledgeable about the area and were able to make personal recommendations for us. We started our trip as clients and wound up as friends. Could not have asked for more!

This place is amazing and Matt and Janina went above and beyond basic innkeeping. They made us feel welcome and were so helpful in very fun to talk to. Even though it was a bed and breakfast, we never felt like we didn't have our privacy. Place was well maintained and the breakfast was delicious. That was the best quiche I ever had.

The Inn is beautiful, clean and historic! Shopping in town was fun with that small town feel. We are already talking about our return trip!
