My husband uses a scooter to get around and a roll-in shower is essential. I made the reservation online and the staff called twice before we arrived to make sure they had everything we needed. The room wad lards enough for him to get around on the scooter without a problem.

Our Front Desk Agents are trained not to alter any special rate reservations that are due to be set prior to arrival such as this request. For your future stays with us, please contact our Sales Department so they may accommodate your group and make sure you are receiving the appropriate rate. Please know that we maintain a housekeeping procedure. I am not sure if I remember correctly so it may be less than what I am going to say. I think it is no more than 1/2 hour. You can look it up on the internet and you should get a pretty good idea.

Congratulations to your cousin and family for such a wonderful occasion. Unfortunately, early check-in cannot be guaranteed at most hotels. Knowing the dates may allow the hotel to provide you with some insight on the possibility of getting an early check-in, though, since the ability to provide early check-in hinges directly on the previous night. Most hotels will ask that you call them on the morning of your arrival to check for early check-in availability. If the hotel was not busy the previous night or had a lot of early check-outs that morning, then they may be able to accommodate your early check-in request.
