Easy access, just-off Interstate. Adjacent to Outlet Mall, but 15 min to Plaza. Warm and welcoming staff. Charming Southwestern decor with attractive artwork. Room size and decor were adequate. Breakfast was fresh and varied with Southwestern as well as traditional cuisine. I have stayed at several of the chain hotels in this area but I look forward to staying at...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your kind review. I am glad you appreciate the uniqueness of our Inn. We pride ourselves on not being a chain hotel as it allows us to have more creative decor. I will let our artist know you mentioned his murals. He is truly talented. And yes our location is quite convenient to all the...

We travel with our 20 year old cat, so we always search for pet friendly hotels and we know we're going to pay a pet fee. Usually, these fees are 10 or 15 dollars and we know the hotels use the money to perform any additional cleaning. This hotel charged us $25 for a pet fee and put us in...

Dear Guest, We are sorry you were not happy with your designated pet room. We are in the midst of putting new carpeting in those rooms. We love pets at our Inn and feel it is worth the additinal upkeep it requires. We hope you will give us another try down the road. Warm regards, Victoria

No issues with our room; it was clean and comfortable. We were very close to the breakfast room and the smell when we opened our door was annoying. Also, the carpet in the hall and the overflow breakfast room were not as clean as they should be.

We only were here for one night but found the inn clean, modern and comfortable. Exterior of the hotel was modern and well-kept. Our room was spacious with the neatest round-shaped shower in a separate room with the toilet. Hotel service and registration were very good. The included breakfast was delicious and well-attended. This inn is located on the outskirts...

Dear Guest, I am so glad you enjoyed your stay at our hotel. And yes that shower is quite unique. One of the things I love about our hotel is that it is not the typical cookie cutter establishment. It has a character and design all its own. We recently added the murals outside and they add so much charm....

I seldom stay at non-chain hotels but the Inn at Santa Fe was reviewed well and it was in the right location, so we gave it a try. I am glad we did, it turned out to be a very satisfying experience. Clean, we'll appointed, great breakfast and a good value.

Right off I-25 and Cerillos Rd.(RT. 14). Adjacent to an outlet mall. A 10-minute drive to Santa Fe Plaza. It says it all about this hotel's location. It's a great little new hotel that is built and decorated in a Southwestern theme. There's a small cafe off the lobby with a wood-burning fireplace that was going the two nights we...

Dear Guest, I appreciate your kind review. We really feel we have a gem of a hotel and it means so much to us to hear guest's feedback. The fireplace is so cozy in the fall and winter months. Try the sauna next time. It's a great way to relax and recharge. We look forward to your next visit. Sincerely,...

Our last stop in our cross country trip. It presents itself very well. A modern building but with style of something older. However we were disturbed by the dirtiness of the light switches in the dining room right next to where we were eating (eventually!). Service was very slow and the staff seemed reluctant to serve certain people. I also...

The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are very small and cozy but tastefully decorated, bed is ok. There is a small microwave and a refrigerator, TV is in a bit of an awkward location and is stationary. Small and nice enough room but beds not really comfy, hard. Towels small, thin and smelled of mold. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room but we did not use them so don't know how they were. It was quiet enough. Will not stay here again as we neither one slept well on the hard bed.

Everything was better than expected in this price range. Nice room, helpful staff and much better breakfast than usual. Would stay here again if visiting the area. The location was out of the main tourist and business areas but quick and easy to get everywhere.
