We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Santa Fe. It is centrally located and you can walk to all the historic areas around the plaza and all the galleries. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel the next time you plan a trip to Santa Fe!

We found the food was very good and the staff was very helpful. But the standard rooms need attention. The rooms feel dark; perhaps because the colors are dark. The room could use more light. The bathroom had no exhaust fan and the toilet was very noise when flushed.

Dear David F, It is very nice to see that you enjoyed our restaurant and found our staff helpful. Thank you for you suggestions. Note: We do have fans in each and every room but they are not located on the ceiling, they are under the bathroom counter. warm regards, Tohnia

This is the best hotel i've stayed with a Road Scholar trip ... i was pleasantly surprised as i did not expect this kind of accommodation ... great location, just a few steps from the Plaza. ... the food was excellent ...another great surprise with a consistently good breakfast ... and i really liked the welcoming lobby with fireplace, couch...

Why stay here? Step out of the lobby reception and after a few paces your are in the centre of the old town of Santa Fe. If you are here to enjoy these very old buildings and architecture - this location makes it easy. Parking is bad news in Santa Fe and expensive. The Hilton has substantial parking for guests...

This hotel has its bright sides - great location and friendly, knowledgeable staff. However, folks from the street who were not guests easily wandered the halls - the first morning I ran into a couple looking for a bar (and I was on the 3rd floor). Also, they had just oiled or varnished the only elevator, and the smell was...

We stayed six nights in this good historic facility, well maintained and decorated, with excellent attentive staff. Good pool, bar and WiFi. Hot water in mornings sometimes runs out. They had the gall to charge $19 per day for parking in their uncovered lot. Note that the covered public garage literally across the street charges $10 max per day.

We enjoyed the very friendly staff. The executive lounge made our stay very special. With all our running around, to be able to grab a piece of fruit or juice any time made this stay a real home away from home. We appreciated how much there was in walking distance. We will be back.

Easy to find hotel, the high standard are apparent as you enter the car park then move into the reception too book in. Very warm welcome, efficient check in the given area maps and tips on what to see and do and a few restaurant options including the hotels restaurant and bar. Our room was ready at 1pm which was...

the hotel is located right where the downtown and square start. Easy parking (except $19 a day self park) and ease of arrival by car. The hotel is very nice with a wind protected pool... and as I said walking distance to the square.

Request quiet parts of hotel. Cleaning staff has no regard for your need for rest. Don't expect HHonors special treatment. First floor rooms don't have access to the lobby or restaurant. Online pics of rooms are deceiving.

Dear "rudolfoh2016", I am sorry that you were disappointed with your stay with us. We value our HHonors members very much and certainly appreciate your loyalty. As a Silver HHonors member you should have received a welcome letter and some bottled water upon arrival, if that was missed I certainly apologize. I am a little confused about your comments regarding...
