Casas de Guadalupe

Casas de Guadalupe is nestled in the historic downtown area, just a short walk from the famous Plaza. There's easy access to the Santa Fe Ski Basin, Santa Fe Opera, and the Canyon Road galleries. Our authentic adobe casitas are charmingly decorated, with saltillo tile and hard troll plaster walls. Most have a kiva wood burning fireplace (wood supplied) and some have a private patio. All feature high speed wireless internet access.

First off, the location is excellent — we were able to walk virtually everywhere. Plus, easy access to highway for day trips to hike. Parking was easy, but heed the warning to lock your cars. We inadvertently forgot one night and our car was broken into. The manager was very kind

I'm so glad that you enjoyed the location of the casita. It's really nice to be so close to the plaza and special events. I'm so sorry to hear about your car. I can't remember the last time that anyone's car was broken into and I'm so sorry to hear. I have customers that leave the doors open upon departure and have never had any problems with theft. And I'm sorry that you had issues with cleaning. That is really not our intention as we work hard to make sure that the casitas are as clean as possible. We do wipe down everything and all the linens are washed upon departures. Please know that you are always welcome to call me when you are on site and I will do my best to remedy any situation. Casita H is a two bedroom, two bath casita with a pull out sofa, so it fits 6 people. However, it is only 950 square feet so we try to make the best of the situation. It does have an older wooden floor and we are currently looking into doing something new with the floor once we get through our crazy summer! I really appreciate all of your feed back and especially appreciate you staying with us. I do have two casitas that are a little larger and maybe next time you come and stay with us you can stay in one of those units just to give it a try! I hope to see you back again some day soon!

We rented a two bed / two bath casita. The unit was clean and had a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. Walk to plaza, shopping, restaurants, art galleries.
Good value and convenience.

Our family of 4 (3 adults and a teen) stayed in Casita E earlier this month. I really wanted to love it and indeed, everything was ok, but I can't say it was great.

The owner / manager was very kind and responsive as she worked to (successfully) resolve the malfunctioning TV.

We've now stayed at Casas de Guadalupe three times in two different units. Both were clean, well equipped and comfortable. The location is great, being close to the plaza but still tucked out of the way. You can't beat the value as the cost is comparable to or less than nearby

Thank you so much for staying with us once again. It is a pleasure to work with you and I thank you for your kind words! We have 12 unique casitas, each with it's own style and personality. Having them all together is a plus, because they all share the same great location just off the plaza, near shops, restaurants and museums! And it sure is nice to have a kitchen so you don't have to eat out for every meal. Hope to see you back again soon!
