A stop on our way to southern CO and to see the sights here in Santa Fe, so we weren't not expecting to have a great experience. However, the hotel was clean, room was adequate and parking was ample. Bathroom was a nice size with vanity outside the shower area.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Clean and quiet hotel, near restaurants and shopping center. Close to the city center, but away from the heavy traffic. Breakfast included, on the lobby level. Three floors, with an elevator. Santa Fe is a historic town, with a heavy Spanish influence. Beautiful cathedral and interesting square in the center, with stores and restaurants around it.

This is an older property but it has been well maintained. Our king suite faced Cerrillos Road and was very noisy. Luckily I found earplugs in my luggage from a trip to an Indy Car race. Took care of the noise for me. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bed linens were soft and smooth (see my Flagstaff Holiday...

On our way from Wyoming to Flagstaff and stopped in Santa Fe for the night. Hotel is clean and service was excellent. Very noisy near the main road, however, and the AC tried all night to get the temp down. Breakfast was okay, but the cheese omelettes were cold; cheese wasn't melted. Still, we'd stay here again.

It's one of the lower end hotels of the HI Expresses. It's old and the rooms look dark and gloomy. Location isn't great either. It takes 10 to 15 mins into the centre. Staff was friendly though and helpful. Well done.

The facility is not up to the standard of Holiday Express. It is old and warn out. Possibly built in the 50"s. The pool feels like it is in a back alley. The entry is small and without character. The room was clean with a small bathroom with little counter space. We had to keep our bathroom items in the...

Typical HIE: clean, reasonably comfortable rooms, although this one has amazing water pressure in the shower: BIG thumbs up for that! Free full breakfast (whether you like the prepackaged heat and eat eggs is an individual thing but they do have fresh fruit, fresh pancakes, etc.), lots of parking, and an efficient staff. It's a few minutes by car to...

This is a surprising place. I booked on Priceline "Express Deals." Pulling up late, the property looks a little tired on the outside. DON'T BE FOOLED ! Inside is immaculately clean and up-to-date. The room furnishings are absolutely modern, clean and comfortable. Later, some 300 miles away to the west, I realized I had left behind the power cord for...

One night to attend a late party. Good price, includes breakfast. Good location (must have own transportation). Clean and quiet. Great for people who don't need assistance with luggage or directions. Good for online reservations. Should have used TripAdvisor to book. For me two nights would be my maximum stay. I love full service, but for self-serve Holiday Inn Express...

Awful hotel. Property is tired, old. I regularly stay at Holiday Inn Express, but this one is more Clarion level or below. Actually, the motel six next door looks better. Issues 1. Carpet is old. 2. Lamp next to bed in 321 is about to fall apart. 3. Towel rod was leaning against the wall behind bathroom door. 4. Furniture...
