Loved this hotel, great ambiance! Staff very welcoming and helpful. Location is fantastic for exploring historic downtown. Enjoyed the award winning cocktails in the hotel bar and the bar food was excellent and great value. Our Queen bed room was small (European sized) but extremely comfortable with all the usual amenities. Be back next trip to Santa Fe!

I came here for a conference/retreat for my company in February 2015. The facilities and rooms were wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. Our room was small but adequate for our needs. I would recommend staying here. Location was excellent. We could walk anywhere downtown that we needed to go. The bar is pretty good, and apparently highly rated. Service was......

Elegant, quiet, historic and unpretentious. Beautiful, relaxing lobby. Room quiet and comfortable, with windows that open with a European feel. Very lively late night bar scene a bit of a surprise, but fun. Will definitely be back.

We stayed at the St Francis Hotel for a weekend, and had a great experience. The staff (especially Renee) were very friendly and helpful. I would suggest this to any families or couples looking for a quite room for a weekend getaway.

This hotel was lovely. The service was great. It has high quality linens and drapery, however the rooms are very small. The hallways, lobby, and stairwells are beautiful. The hotel itself has a prime location making it easy to walk the plaza, eliminating any need for a car. However the room was so small and simple that it felt more...

I had made reservations online and had entered the incorrect arrival date, when I noticed it a week later I was obviously not very pleased with myself. I immediately called the St Francis, explained the mishap and found that they were gracious and totally professional in clearing up the problem. I spoke with Renee at the front desk and she...

Hotel St. Francis has an excellent location in the center of old town. Walking to a host of shops/venues is easy and enjoyable. The hotel staff is affable and helpful. The room we were placed in was of insufficient size for two adults. The bed was not large enough for two average size people, but was the only size they...

We loved the simple mission style of this hotel and they carried the theme all the way from the lobby to the bar to the rooms. Lovely tin fixtures, old-wood furniture and simple, white bedding. We enjoyed the comfortable, cozy atmosphere in the lobby and bar. The bar also had a great menu of unique, southwestern drinks. The rooms were...

I have had business travels to Santa Fe for the past 15 years and this was my first stay at the Hotel Saint Francis. I have found a treasure of a hotel, especially since I love the older historic locations. The décor is simple elegance with the beautiful historic features of it's time. The staff were very nice and helpful,...
