We stayed at the Hotel for two nights during the Albuquerque Balloon Festival. The hotel was very nice; the room was excellent; bed was very good (which is important to us). In the evening, we visited the bar where there was great entertainment consisting of a gentleman with expertise in classical guitar and flute. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. No...

We stayed at this hotel with friends for a wedding celebration. The staff went above and beyond transporting us to the reception and providing seating for large parties at meals. Loved the convenient location and the complimentary car service! It was fantastic. Our room had an excellent view and we loved the lush landscaping. The smallest member of our party,...

Stayed for three nights in September. We had a very nice room, the service was wonderful, and the food outstanding. We really liked their free shuttle service. They would take you where you wanted to go with in a certain radius and you could call them to pick you up. Of course we tipped the driver.

We spent two nights in a Picurius Jr Suite. The suite was a bit cozy but sufficiently large for our purposes. The rooms were clean, quite and well appointed. The bed was excellent. The hotel is a bit far afield from the Plaza area, but the hotel has a very convenient shuttle promptly to take you wherever you want to go...

We have stayed at many of the top hotels in Santa Fe, as we live in New Mexico and travel there often to meet friends. This was our second stay at The Hacienda and I highly recommend this property. Hacienda has a treasure trove of art and artifacts adorning its halls -- so is like a museum visit with each...

We got a warm welcome when we arrived at the hotel. After checking in the Bellman helped us to our room and removed furniture so the room with more spacious. We ate three meals in the dining room and everything was very tasty. There is a breakfast buffet that had oatmeal , breakfast cereals, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, and danish....

My girlfriend and I went to Santa Fe to see the sights, eat a the local restaurants and shop. We choose Hotel Santa Fe because of the central location and the reviews. I sincerely apologize for the lack of housekeeping service which is unheard of?! Unless you had a "do not disturb" sign on the door. Please immediately contact the front desk should this ever happen in the future. Again, my apologies, but many thanks for staying with us.

I can't say enough about my third stay at the Hotel Santa Fe. I highly recommend it for location, service, and ambiance. The staff is always welcoming. The restaurant is incredible and I always love visiting the staff ,that I've come to know over the three years, at the bar, front desk, and restaurant.

Honestly, I was really not impressed by this hotel. First, it is in a really junky area. The photos make it look as though it is a beautiful location...and the hotel is beautiful but the area around it is gross and urban and just trying to find a parking spot at the hotel is seriously hellacious. When we got in,...
