This is a pretty relaxing lace. The staff are great the shuttle to the Plaza really convenient. 2 drawbacks. the pool was closed and it was 80 degrees (something about a state inspection) and the room I had was small and dingy (tree right outside blocked all the light pretty much). Without those factors would have been 4*

We just returned from a trip to Arizona and New Mexico and, for the most part, stayed at Marriott properties. In Santa Fe I wanted to stay in a hotel that was more reflective of the area and within walking distance from most of the sites and restaurants. The Hotel Santa Fe is very lovely and keeps the Southwest ambiance...

I have written before about this wonderful hotel and nothing has changed! This trip for the first time we stayed in The Hacienda - a separate building that may be even more elegant and comfortable than the hotel itself - and that is hard to believe! I can honestly say that this was probably my best lodging experience in the...

We experienced a truly restful and enjoyable stay at Hotel Santa Fe from talking over tea on the balcony in our room, to listening to music and having dessert by the beautiful fire place, to the amazing Duck dinner at the Native American inspired restaurant on-site, Amaya. Thank you to Lawrence and other staff for making our stay so welcoming....

The Heritage Hotel & Resorts company does not disappoint! I have had the pleasure of staying at a few of their other properties (Eldorado, Hotel Albuquerque) This visit to Santa Fe I stayed at the Hotel Chimayo de Santa Fe. This might be the perfect hotel. Unbeatable location just off the "square" in downtown Santa Fe. Upon arrival, I was...

The Hotel Santa Fe is beautiful inside and out. I stayed here at the recommendation of the Arts Business Institute who was sponsoring a workshop. I enjoyed a king suite with balconies granting a stunning view of the mountains. Phillip and Thomas, drivers for the shuttle, were fun and friendly. Thanks guys. The hotel bar added lovely ambiance with a...

Butler service! That's right...butler service...if you stay in the Hacienda suites and it is totally worth it. We were greeted by our butler, Robert who was professional and above par in customer service. All of the butlers were fantastic but since we met Robert first, he ended up being our favorite. The rooms are comfortable and very Santa Fe with...

This was our first visit to Santa Fe. We chose this hotel from the ratings on Trip Advisor. It had a very comfortable bed. We traveled with teenagers and they slept on the fold out couch. We had a balcony with our room and could see the mountains with our view. The room was quiet and we had a good...

This was a mixed experience. We originally booked a "Traditional, King" room. It had a several maintenance issues and was really very cramped. Kudos to the hotel staff for seeing our concerns in my Expedia post-arrival rating and calling an hour later with an upgrade to a suite. Word of advice: spend the extra $ for the suite, it is...

Thank you so much for your comments, albeit in your own words "a mixed review". Your concerns are valid and thank you for bringing them to my attention. No excuse for the light bulbs! And the laundry quarters is a very good point which we have already fixed! Also, appropriate Wall Street Journals are in place. My sincere apologies for...

My husband recently had to attend meetings in Santa Fe, and our usual hotel was booked. After doing some research and making some calls, we settled on the Hotel Santa Fe. Not only did we get an excellent rate, but they upgraded us to a Jr. Suite as well. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Lawrence who was absolutely the...
