My husband and I were in Santa Fe celebrating our one year anniversary and since we got married at Four Seasons Denver, we decided to enjoy a dinner at the Four Seasons Santa Fe. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, the entire staff treated us like VIP's. The executive chef, Andrew came to our table...

My wife and I had an amazing extended weekend visit at the Four Seasons Santa Fe and dining experience at Terra. Chef Andrew Cooper and his staff at Terra provided us an excellent dining experience at Terra. The risotto and grilled lamb were excellent. The resort is the smallest Four Seasons Resort that we have visited; however, it has all...

Beautiful location, but way outside of town. Very quiet. Our room could have used some updating, not what I expected from a Four Seasons. But our main issue was that a scorpion crawled under our door on the 2nd floor and my sister nearly stepped on it. FS was apologetic and offered to give us a free breakfast for 2,...

Stayed there for two nights at the end of a biking trip with friends in the Santa Fe/Taos area. The (only 65) rooms are actually "casitas" nestled into the hillside. Some casitas have an upper and a lower level (go for the upper level as the views are even better), but all are spacious and well decorated. Extensive spa area,...

My husband and I decided to take a short trip over the weekend to Santa Fe. We selected this hotel because Four Season has rarely disappointed us. A few things stand out about this property: 1. The staff are young, energetic and eager to do things right (Especially Dresden, really stood out). When we could not be moved to a...

Returned to our most favorite Four Seasons the Rancho Encantado in Santa Fe to attend the Wine and Chile Festival. It was a superb culinary experience with great wine pairings from Caymus. Chef Cooper has amazing talent....

The hotel as a venue for a wedding weekend for about 150 people performed well. The hotel personnel were kind and as responsive as could be, given the amount of guests that were there. The hotel is quiet and located in a very private area. It has a nice walkable trail, and is very romantic.

We had eaten at Terra for Valentine's Day weekend and loved it; but most recently attended the Ruinard Champagne brunch on the Terrace Sunday and devoured a myriad of amazing flavors from Chef Cooper and his crew: braised lamb shank, green chile and goat cheese polenta, paella, individual frittatas were just a few of the highlights.
