My husband and I recently spent the night at Rancho Encantado. We had a great experience with the hotel staff/front desk, the restaurant was nice and room service was also on time and food delicious. Our room and view were stunning and the heated bathroom floors were a nice touch. Our "issue" was the pool. It was not kept with...

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights...and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was excellent, we had a beautiful room with a fireplace, and the restaurant was amazing. We had two top-notch dinners.. and even the breakfasts were great.

Staff was great, with the exception of the Spa. No enthusiasm and talked through the instructions like she was speed-reading from a card. Restaurant dinner menu lacks imagination and reminded us of a large-scale catered event menu, which is why we skipped it and ordered from the bar. Will avoid dinner on property altogether next time. Staff is great and...

This was our third time to stay. The first as a Four Seasons resort. The bar, reastaurant and view is spectacular, however, some nights service was lacking. The hotel was full but a Sunset Suite came available at $1,195/night, which is pretty pricey. Upon our arrival, we were not offered, nor did we see anyone available, to help with luggage....

This hotel is amazing. The grounds are beautiful with hiking on the property, an amazing spa, fire pits, fire places in the rooms, etc. It is top notch and worth every penny. They shuttle you into town whenever you would like.

Nice setting but too far away from Downtown Santa Fe. Our room was nice however the chairs in the room smelled like B.O. The wait staff was not as friendly as you would expect at a four seasons. Trying to get a ride back from Canyon Road was going to take over 90 mins when they told us it would...

The resort is beautiful. Our room was very spacious and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the wood burning fireplace in the room. The kids were delighted to have the fixings fire smores in our room.

Exquisite property and the staff here even elevates the Four Season's high standards in hospitality! We booked a basic casita and it was very roomy and beautifully designed and decorated. The grounds were planned with native plants and grasses. Nice touch! Great spa and fitness center. Bar and restaurant are top notch. Views are incredible. A shuttle runs to Santa...
