My mom and sister and daughter stayed over Thanksgiving break and we enjoyed facials and massages. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the resort was decorated for the holidays. Great relaxing time!
My husband and I stayed here with our 3 and 5 year olds. The property is beyond family friendly! So many different things to do that we never had a full moment! The resort is also super close to Sea World which was beneficial when we went one morning during our trip. The food, customer service, and atmosphere can’t be beat!
Noah was very attentive to our needs. Very hospitable and friendly!! He greeted us quickly upon arrival and was very knowledgeable if we had any questions. I would highly recommend the Springhouse Cafe as a restaurant to go to at the Hyatt Hill Country Club Resort.
In a world where it seems customer service is dead and I have a high standard…it certainly is alive and well at this Resort! From the front desk staff, to the amazing vegan dish I had from In-Room Dining, every person at the Spa and to the wonderful woman I met at the clothing gift shop…I was not only impressed, but blessed by them all! Thank you so much The only complaint I can speak of in my experience is the older feel of the bathrooms, but the hotel is under construction, so that is also being taken care of.
Our family of 4 enjoyed a staycation at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort and Spa. There were so many things to enjoy! Our kids loved the playground, family room, and the s’mores at night. Beautiful grounds, you forget that you are right in the city.
Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa had a comfortable room, several tasty restaurants, an awesome natures trail, big spa, enormous golf course and a cool mini water park for summer, complete with slides and a lazy river. The conference facilities were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would high recommend this location for business or pleasure.
My room had motion detector lights that turned on throughout the night. The bathroom sink area didn’t have a light. Instead it had a Walmart floor lamp. Two weeks prior I stayed at JW Marriott at TPC San Antonio and for a similar price it was a much better experience.
This has been a resort I've been coming to since I was a kid. Was delighted to see that the most nostalgic part of childhood memories, the s'mores, were still a daily occurrence. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean, yet slightly outdated. Glad to see the rooms will be renovated commencing in Spring 2023. There are parts of the hotel that show its age like the outside staircases that lead from the rooms to the courtyard for example. The food at the bar was okay. For the price charged, I would've expected higher quality. The ribs weren't exactly "fall off the bone" and came with an excessive amount of BBQ sauce, the ceviche tostada was way more vegetables than fish, and although the smoked wings have fantastic smoke flavor, they came with very little sauce. All in all, it is still an amazing hotel and resort that I would recommend to anyone that asks. …
We had an absolutely amazing time at the Hill Country Resort this weekend. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We got there pretty late Friday night, and Garrett put a couple of extra logs on the fire so we could roast smores. We booked through Trivago (should have just booked directly through yalls website), and we were pleasantly surprised that you guys put our rooms right next to each other, and on the 3rd floor, making it very convenient for us. Friday night we asked for a trundle bed for my brother and it was brought to us basically right away. The cleaning staff did a perfect job, everything seemed very clean and smelled nice. Probably the best hotel experience we've ever had. Thanks again!
We loved our stay here. Our room was clean and spacious. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Craig the bellhop and Dayna (server in Charlie’s Longbar). Our kids had a blast and we made many wonderful memories as a family.
